It is possible to boot to this CD using mini XP mode, and all tools and utilities will be available. You can also use the tools and utilities that come with Windows if you plug it in. The disc does not only contain tools and utilities, but also hundreds of others.

A dvd known as Hiren's Boot CD 15 was purchased by me. Here are two tools that you can use to fix your issue. You can fix any PC issue. I just want to let you know that this is a fantastic disk, well worth your cash. A bad MBR, a virus-infected hard drive, or a damaged MBR are only a few issues that this recovery disk can handle. During the last few years, I've bought at least 5 of these disks, and some of them do not work, which can be frustrating after being without a laptop for weeks at a time. Well-packaged and delivered quickly, my dvd was very good. The seller may not even know that the item is on its way to you unless he keeps an eye on it for I'd like to thank you for your support. It depends on your computer skills whether you do well with it or if you do unrecoverable damage.
