Customer service representative gave remote access to my computer after registering the product. Installed the program successfully had problems with installation. Based on his inspection of a few areas, there were viruses that prevented the software from installing correctly. I would pay $200 for him to repair the virus problems so that the software could load. The fix is The software installation for It Utilities Professional, Version 14 was $200. The software was sold for $42 and it costs another $200 to install it.

There was a great deal of disappointment in this product. Previously, I have used Fix It utilities, but this time I should have just thrown the entire thing in the trash and not even thought about it again. The problem I was having with one program seemed like it could be resolved by doing this. I don't know what to say other than. . . Other problems were caused by it as well, amounting to 1652. For my purposes, I now need to buy a specialised program to uninstall the dreaded software. When someone was in my house, they tried the program. This is what I warned them about. The last communication I had with them was quite some time ago. Their disappearance may have been caused by the program as well.
