It is true. That is what it is meant to do. The disc must be inserted in the drive before the computer will turn A computer's startup process begins by reading the disc and then using its system files to run. I have dealt with all the good programs in the past when it comes to basic maintenance.
I didn't expect it to be as good as I had hoped.
It has a slight learning curve, but other than that, it does what it is advertised to do.
