I had a TERRIBLE time trying to get installed. YOU CAN USE THE HELP LINE AS WELL. WE GAVE UP AT LAST. I attempted to install the package again after some time had passed, however the help desk informed me that the package had already been installed on another computer, and the name of my email account was not the same as mine. The package appeared to have been sealed, though it's unclear how it was installed it may have been that a scanner was used to scan the card. I brought a replacement after several months had passed, so I just got another one and I installed it no problem, but the original was a Wal-Mart model. WATCH OUT FOR MART SPECIALS AND BE CAREFUL WHEN SELLING.
