SCAM - BUYING THIS PRODUCT IS A MISTAKE! I tried everything I could to make it work, but once you enter the information and select "Download as MP3," it simply freezes. There are no instructions provided, but the home page, like others I've used, asks for the URL. I had my son, who is very computer savvy, test it on several videos, all with the same result. It has a bar that asks for "Proxy Information if available," but when I put it in, it gave me the same result as before. "Download Started" is the response, but nothing happens after two hours. It was inexpensive and stated "no refunds," so you won't be able to get your money back, and no provider information is provided, so you won't be able to seek assistance.

This product is ineffective, and I have squandered $5 on it. Someone from Amazon should take a look at reviews and see that it is 100% negative and "NO ONE"
could make it work. Take it down from your site, refund my money (credit card), and I'll learn my lesson.

I should have read the reviews first; you can either save $5 or burn $5. 00 bill and save yourself the time and aggravation of attempting to make it work, because it's garbage - This does not work. If you're reading this, Amazon, please remove this garbage from the web.

When I first installed the product, it kept telling me that the download had begun, but it never finished. I double-checked that I had entered the "save folder" and all of the other information correctly, and that I had entered everything that was required. I simply could not get the product to work for me. I was never able to download my item.

Instructions for setting up the program are extremely difficult to come by. after a long period of trial and error I got it to work after a long time. Then it worked as advertised, but I had to buy an extra unlock program to speed up the conversion from 3 to 5 minutes per song to fast downloading.
