According to the comments I read online, people had mixed reactions to this product. I've spent the better part of several hours trying to recover some damaged pictures, and I've come to the conclusion that it's In the end, the investment would have been well worth it if it had worked, but it didn't. There is no way I can recommend this product. There's no point to this. Don't waste your time or money on it.

It asks if I want to grant the app the choice to make changes to my computer each time I click on it. I say yes, but The thing is, since it was a download, I don't know how to get my money back. My guess is that I need to contact Amazon. Do not waste your time with a product that does not.

The 31st of January has been paid. THE PRODUCT KEY I ORDERED DOES NOT WORK AND I CAN'T SAVE MY FILE I PAID $100 FOR HIS INVALID PRODUCT KEY.

As the name suggests, the original image format will not be transformed to JPEG during this process. It seems that all of my RAW photos that I attempted to "repair" were converted to JPEG, between 20kB and 40kB in size. In spite of the fact that I tried to "repair" CR2, DNG, and TIFF files that were not damaged, they all turned into JPEGs. In customer service, "the level of corruption" is constantly mentioned but it is absolutely not the case. The name of the product is misleading and useless.
