This app has a great form typer, but if you send the form to anyone who has Adobe Acrobat Reader, they can only ENTER data, not save. I called Nuance Customer Support and they told me they can print each form out (that's a little high tech) They said that is correct, but it isn't 100% compatible with Adobe's Adobe Acrobat software. In the manual, there is nothing in depth and it is very short. There aren't that many improvements to the website or Program help. * Oh yes, of course. There is a $9 charge for email support. The cost per incident is only 95! There is ONE FREE phone call followed by $19 per month. The price I paid for it was much higher than I expected!.

I own the worst functioning software that I have ever used. The following are the things that make it a pain 1) You get one free telephone consultation with customer service. A ridiculous amount is charged for every subsequent call. 2) Internet Explorer crashes frequently, which is a major hindrance to finding information on the web. Despite buying a paid version, each document I created for the first few days had a watermark that said "TRIAL VERSION". As soon as I used my free customer service call and dug into the registry in five different locations for an hour to fix the problem, the problem eventually when I use the PDF converter on my laptop after it has gone into sleep mode and then when it has been woken up, the watermark appears It is possible to fix this problem by shutting it down and restarting it, but seriously, don't waste your money on it.

PDF Converter causes Internet Explorer to crash when I navigate to a page that contains a PDF file. It also does not allow me to set Adobe as my default reader, so I have to use the free PDF Creator to edit these files. Editing-wise, it is not spectacular, but it is okay. They have not been able to make their form filling feature Also, I had difficulties inserting text with PDF Converter, the text is shown in the document, but it does not print when it is opened with Adobe.
