Nitro PDF Professional

While I have Adobe Acrobat 5 on my XP computer, I need to be able to create pdf files on my Vista laptop in order to send emails Ideally, these are smaller, more portable and easier to send and receive via email or the web. The reviews on this site seemed to indicate a good compromise on the matter. Although I did not thoroughly test the software yet, the first thing I looked at when I installed it was the size of the pdf file. The size of a file in Nitro is customizable in three ways. 2 uses of the web (small) Use of office (medical) and 3 The printed version It was about 2 pages long, and I converted it to Word. It is available as a . pdf file in all three modes for a size of about 5 mb. According to the results, the two small and medium pdf files were the same size as a word document, while the large pdf file was about 9mb! Now I use the pdf option right in the Word or Excel menu and find the files are as small as the Acrobat 5 files on my XP machine. I've been able to get it to work with Word and Excel on Vista Other than that, I don't know what else to try. Due to a sharing violation, when I print a pdf file in Excel and then want to print a pdf file in Word, I must close Excel before it will let me print. The rest of the experience has been satisfactory.

The trial version of NitroPDF Professional 6 was downloaded online and I used it for a short period of time. My order from Amazon went well, so I ordered again. Version 5 is not compatible with 64bit running systems (which was not reflected in advertising), and this version can't be installed on a 64bit operating system. A seller on Amazon (to date, no response) and the manufacturer have been contacted. I was contacted by NitroPDF within 24 hours and the problem was quickly diagnosed. A free upgrade of the latest version of the product was available (after proving At 1020, I sent a copy of my receipt from Amazon to them. There will be a presentation at 800 p. m. I requested the upgrade at 601 p. m. MST and they responded within 30 minutes. If you turn in a 30-minute turn, you will not win Here and there. It's unusual for that to happen so I wouldn't expect it to happen every time, but I find the product all the more valuable for it. I would say it is a very good tool for creating, editing, and converting PDF files. With all of the major features you'll find in more expensive PDF programs, this software is convenient to use. There is nothing bad about this Nitro PDF tool. You can get a lot out of it for a low price. Then, after trying the free trial version for 30 days, I opted for acrobat pro 9, although it was 150 bucks more expensive. This is 1. Using Adobe shows out comments is the most important reason for selecting it. This is the most often used comment type now, Nitro simply does not offer it. The second paragraph. The second reason is because Adobe's Acrobat has gotten more support from other companies. As I browse pdfs, I can find the add-on for my dictionary tool so that I can translate words by moving my mouse over them. 1. 2. 3. version of Adobe Acrobat pro 9 is nearly as fast as the new Adobe reader. It is also very reliable and performs well overall. I found Nitro to be as fast as Acrobat, but sometimes I found it Ibid. , p. 4. The menu system in Nitro is still my favorite over the new interface that resembles Office 2007. The office 2007 I am using is also compatible with it, so I tried it out. It causes me a lot of difficulty to locate stuff every time I try to find something. Despite the ribbon icons, I still dislike them. This is 5. I found the file size optimizer in Adobe Acrobat 9 to be the most effective. As well, Adobe Acrobat has optical character recognition which is very reliable. Nitro is much cheaper and more usable perhaps I would prefer it if it had the ability to add call-out comments. However, it is clear that the Acrobat 9 pro becomes superior to Adobe.

Considering Adobe's main engine was created years ago, I wondered how it could charge so much for a program. In spite of the incremental improvements each release seems to have had, it should have gone down in price over time. My patience wore thin and I an extremely stable product, and generates PDF's easily without any fuss. It's easy to figure out how to use the program. I do not have any issues with the annotations, menu bar, or PDFWriter drivers. There is only one bug in Nitro PDF, which is that you cannot test whether your web hyperlinks are working or not. Acrobat Reader needs to be opened in order for this to work. I can live with that minor flaw if I can save money.
