It would have been better for me to go directly to Amazon instead of purchasing through it. I ordered this product two days ago and downloaded it. The email with the activation link was sent to me, but I never received a code for activation. By clicking on this link, you will be taken to an upgrade page, not trial mode for 14 days, but I cannot use the option I need if it is not included. Not happy at all.

I have given up after 7 attempts THE SOFTWARE INSTALLATION ASSIST COULD NOT BE DOWNLOADED IN ORIGINAL FORM I play games, etc. THE SP did not receive the purchased software and couldn't download it THIS PROGRAM WAS PURCHASED BY ME I would appreciate it if you could tell me how to get credit for these two pending repairs PROGRAMS THAT CAN BE USED. This review seems to be required to have the program. I can't seem to purchase the full version of the program without the program. A deceptive advertisement on Amazon. Nowhere on the advertisement does it say that the program is in trial mode.
