It's stupid in this day and age so we can't just buy products outright like we used to. As the years go on, Adobe seems to become more and more anti-consumer, and it would be unfair for Amazon to not allow my review because I did not outright say that they were anti-consumer, just that they "seem" to be that way A very cool feature of Adobe is that recently one of their product updates deleted people's entire Adobe Cloud libraries of photos and all Adobe had to do was say *(*) sorry guys.
My internet connection was down for 15 minutes while I tried to download Amazon's ebook. It seems that other users had the same problem, but by the time they tried to fix it, they had spent much more time (hours). As a result, I canceled the ad and went directly to Adobe's.
The interface is not the same as that of After using Lightroom since Version 1 I subscribed to the monthly CC plan because I have become very accustomed to it. The activation process is not intuitive since you need to go to Adobe's site and use the link provided by Amazon to complete the process. In addition, the User Interface is different between the Desktop and CC versions, so some relearning will be needed if you're used to the Desktop version. Even so, they all have the same functionality.
Because I tried to cancel as soon as I couldn't get the program to upload on my computer, I hope I'll receive credit!.
I've tried to download and install on two different occasions with assistance from Amazon. In both purchases, the Access Product link was not working. Despite a lengthy attempt, Amazon did not succeed in getting it to work. They said they would be happy to refund the price. I recommend that you do not purchase.
The first thing I did was contact Amazon right away and he refunded me in full, so that's all right. They really should take this down until it is actually useful.
