Adobe Creative Cloud Photography plan 20 GB (Photoshop + Lightroom) | 12-month Subscription with auto-renewal, PC/Mac

Buying this on Prime Day was a nice $20 discount over the monthly charge as I wanted it to be $99, so I bought it. Despite this, since this is an annual subscription (without a code that would add 12 months to my current subscription), I am getting an error message from Abode when I try to link my Abode Account to my Amazon Account. My Adobe representative informed me that the only way for me to activate this product is to cancel my current Adobe subscription (which is already paid through September from the previous Prime Days deals), and create a new Adobe subscription. As a result, I eventually canceled the purchase (happening to be able to do it on line without any It seems that other viewers as well as Adobe users have experienced the same issue. A $20 savings would have been nice, but I'm disappointed this would not have worked. In the product description, it should be made clear that this will not work with existing subscriptions (or if Amazon and Abode fix it, it should.

The updates as of 9/1/2019 have been incorporated. I got an email from Adobe that said it had closed the case. Now I will wait a bit for a . . . but I was charged FOR THE SECOND time! My support interaction with this is going in circles again. I've been told it will be resent up the chain once I am not the only one having this problem, your credit company will need your assistance to stop the charge because this has been discussed in their forums. My Adobe account keeps popping up notifications asking me to update my credit card information because the one I have on file has expired every time I use it. I sometimes had the option to cancel the notification, but one day I was not able to do so. In order to update the information I added a new entry. The next few days, I followed up with Adobe to discover the bill was coming again! In spite of the fact that my account shows a double charge, Adobe said I mistyped my email address, causing me to run in circles. In what sense? You can see that I only have ONE email address in my profile. My whole day off is going to waste trying to solve this issue! I was also provided with a code and it worked as mentioned by others in the past. According to other reviewers, the current setup is causing problems for many others as well. Let's hope Amazon and Adobe review what worked and go back to it. Adobe is great, but I hate the wasted time, and the support can't find a solution to this problem today, I'm ready to cancel my subscription.

The serial number I received when I purchased this item last year enabled me to extend my subscription for another Amazon sent an email with the Adobe email address instead of the link. I entered the wrong address and received an error message. "The vendor notified us that your account is not eligible for this product. When I ordered this subscription on Prime Day, I discovered that I already had an Adobe account, but it doesn't seem to work with that. It is not necessary to waste your time if you are an Adobe user.

It was a little tricky setting it up because I already had a yearly Adobe Plan I paid per month. Before this account could be activated, the old one needed to be cancelled. Whenever you cancel your old account, be careful, mine had been active for more than a year, so there were no cancellation fees. I bought this a couple of years ago and it just extended my renewal date. However, as other reviewers have pointed out, that no longer works. Since this product normally costs the same as what Adobe charges, I found that it was a great deal on Prime Day since the regular price was $20 off and I was able to use some of my digital credits to lower the price and use my Prime card for an additional There is no rival to Adobe Photoshop from a product standpoint, receiving 5 out of 5 stars.

If you don't have an active Adobe subscription, you can't use your Adobe account to activate it. I spent time and money in vain. Support from Adobe via chat is better than useless too.

As I have stated, I am in the same boat as others and am hoping that Amazon will encourage Adobe to update its detail page to include accurate information. However, I have not been able to link this with my Adobe account even after purchasing it.
