Providing the APP won't let me activate the code, and there is no way to contact the vendor, then this seems to be a scam. ?

The frustration was getting to me as well. As a result, I called Amazon and they advised that the code would be in "Your Digital Item", which is where games and software is Because I couldn't find it in my Amazon app, they sent me a link so I could get the code and get the service going. Once I got the code into my computer, I was able to activate the cloud service and log into the camera of my choice. It probably would have been better if I had asked earlier. Make sure you have access to Amazon so you don't lose this money or service.

I have the cameras for about 3 months now, and I went to Amazon to see how I might connect the camera's service with the service I paid for. The instructions are nowhere to be found and I didn't even realize it wasn't active. There are a lot of people who think this deal is fraudulent. Since there is no link or instructions, and the app won't allow you to link the service to this camera it appears that you will not be able to use this. It's been nearly 4 months since I purchased these cameras, and I am not sure how to link this.

It is advertised that the cameras that you buy this for are NOT THERE AT ALL! My digital camera is being returned, but I cannot return this item since I made the.

After ordering the 3month entry, I had about 6 weeks of cloud service. I also received no customer support and I mean ZERO support! If you call their support line, no matter what option you use, you will be told that no agents are available at the moment.

There is no scam here! The fact that everyone is saying this is a scam scared me since I only realized that after buying, and I couldn't figure out how to redeem it

To give it a try, I ordered this with my YI camera. I have never received a code number on a card or in an email. Moreover, it does not state if it is As a result, I probably won't get my $12 back.

And I'm part of generation Z. I have literally no idea where it is. The coverage is easy to purchase through the app, so you don't need to buy now just wait until your camera arrives. Sure, it's more expensive, but when you use it you really see the benefit.
