Providing the APP won't let me activate the code, and there is no way to contact the vendor, then this seems to be a scam. ?

It was getting frustrating for me as well. As a result, I called Amazon and they advised that the code would be in "Your Digital Item", which is where games and software is It probably would have been better if I had asked earlier. Make sure you have access to Amazon so you don't lose this money or service.

What do I need to do to ?

The email you received from Amazon with the link to your "Games and Software Library" should have arrived. There is code in YI/Kami and you need to add it. This may be of some help to you

I don't know how to get to It's difficult to find instructions on the web. The program has not yet been used.

I have the cameras for about 3 months now, and I went to Amazon to see how I might connect the camera's service with the service I paid for. Actually, I didn't even realize it wasn't active, and there is no instruction on how to use it. There are a lot of people who think this deal is fraudulent. Since there is no link or instructions, and the app won't allow you to link the service to this camera it appears that you will not be able to use this. It's been nearly 4 months since I purchased these cameras, and I am not sure how to link this.

It is advertised that the cameras that you buy this for are ALMOST! THIS IS NOT THEIR FAULT! Having returned the cameras, I am unable to return this item, as it is a digital one.

After ordering the 3month entry, I had about 6 weeks of cloud service. I also received no customer support and I mean ZERO support! If you call their support line, no matter what option you use, you will be told that no agents are available at the moment.

There is no scam here! The fact that everyone is saying this is a scam scared me since I only realized that after buying, and I couldn't figure out how to redeem it

A few days ago I ordered this with my YI camera to test it out. I have never received a code number on a card or in an email. Moreover, it does not state if it is As a result, I probably won't get my $12 back.

And I'm part of generation Z. I have literally no idea where it is. The coverage is easy to purchase through the app, so you don't need to buy now just wait until your camera arrives. Sure, it's more expensive, but when you use it you really see the benefit.
