The frustration I felt was the same as yours. Upon calling Amazon, they advised that the code would be located in "Your Digital Item" which is the location After not being able to locate the feature in the Amazon app, they sent me a link where I was able to receive a code and activate the service. After opening the link on my computer, I was able to download the software and activate the service. It would have been better if I asked If you do not want to lose your money/service, give Amazon a call.
An email from Amazon with a link to your "Games and Software Library" should have come into your inbox. It is already in YI/Kami. You just need to enter it in there. So there you go, hope it

I have no idea how to get there. There are few instructions in English. It has yet to be used.
After I bought the cameras over three months ago, I went to Amazon to find out how I could use the service I had been paying for. It turns out I can't do it. There are literally no instructions anywhere in the app, so I didn't know it wasn't active. There is a lot of talk about this being a scam. Even though I would like to believe that's not the case, it has been almost 4 months since I have had these cameras, and I have no idea how to link the service since there is no link or instructions and the app will not allow you to link it.
It is advertised that this can be used with wireless cameras. A TRUTH TO WHICH THEY ARE NOTALIVE! The cameras are now being returned and I can't return this because it was a computer.
After buying the 3 month entry, I only got access to the cloud for about 6 weeks. There is NO customer support whatsoever. Whenever you call their support line, no matter what option you select, you will get a "no support agents are available at the moment" message and be hung up on.
My mistake was obvious for a short while, but I figured it out and it is finally fine. Definitely The one I got was not the one I got.
This was ordered with my YI camera so that I could try it out. A code number was never printed on the card, or an email explaining it was sent. In addition, the refund policy says it isn't applicable. Consequently, I won't get the $12 back.
The coverage can be purchased easily through the app once your camera is delivered. Do not buy until your camera arrives. You get to use it, so yes, it's more expensive but you actually see the results!.
