I'm sure my computer is broken now due to the heat it produced due to running for so On JETDefrag, it had not yet completed even 30% of its tasks. When you install Fix-, you will notice a significant slowdown of your computer There has never been a program that took up so many resources as It Utilities. Its registry cleaner works well when it does its job. They don't respond to emails for technical support, so don't bother emailing them. They have not responded to my emails over and over again. Please do yourself a favor and do not purchase this awful.

In the past several years, the software has gone mostly unchanged, but there have been a few patches The major innovation this year is in an area and the major flaw is in another. Programs having difficulties accessing Trend Micro's "Authentication" feature, which prevents updates to virus patterns from Trend Micro, which acts as the program's power source. If you do not update, you are not protected. The vendors that update their barebones free software may be as good as going to that source. It is possible to receive support via email, but it doesn't help when your working on the program on a weekend evening as I did. It has taken me two rounds of working with their technical support, who offer the advice that is available on their website, and it did not solve the problem. It is true that my review does not pertain to this product, but I believe it should be of interest to potential Avanquest buyers. The trouble I have had with Avanquest is detailed below. Technical Support says Customer Service must send me the copy. Still, Customer Service says they need to. I'm out $30 for an application that has no use at this point, and I'm left out in the cold by Avanquest, who has my money but won't Avanquest products should be purchased with extreme caution in my opinion. A Technical Support issue will usually require you to wait a minimum of 60 minutes before being able to speak with someone (there is no 800 number), and then you will receive mediocre.
