I really like how I am handling it so far. My son is having One of the problems is you don't get a serial number with the product, and it is required to activate It takes you a long time to reach customer service, then as soon as you do, they treat you like you're an inconvenience. Additionally, it can only be used on one computer at a time. Having the option to use it on several different computers would be nice. When one computer is occupied, a student can go to the other one to practice and we don't have to mess around with someone getting off or having to wait for them. Now that kids are no longer concentrating on things as much as they once did, I want him to play when he is ready.

My 8-year-old daughter received a half-size guitar for Christmas, and I bought this program to help her learn to play it. I was impressed with the program because she doesn't need adult direction and can learn to play basic chords on her own. Is this program going to teach you to become an accomplished professional guitarist? No, but it teaches the basics, has a lot of engaging games for reinforcement, and can really help learn guitar. In order to avoid wasting money on expensive private lessons, I wanted to do this first. My opinion is that it was a wise move. Despite the fact that she was so new to guitar, her instructor was shocked at how much she already knew. A great book for learning guitar, not only for children, but for anyone looking to take up the instrument.

In a nutshell I like this software, it comes with a serial number on the cd envelope, and inside the box you will find a CD and a guitar pick, and if you want to transfer the software to another computer or laptop, first you should deactivate it from the help menu.

As far as software development is concerned, this was the most difficult project I have ever attempted

As far as initiation of software goes, this is the most challenging I have ever faced. I am unable to autorun the program on my computers. It requests a serial number which I do not have because it was not included with the product. I have submitted a support ticket and will update this review once it has been resolved.

I found the installation to be very slow. Provides a serial number but does not require a serial number. This product is a waste of money. I recommend avoiding it.

This is an awesome program! As a gift for her ninth birthday, I gave her this book as well as a guitar so she can learn I love how easy it is to follow along with the lessons, and she has so much fun!
