How Our Score Is Calculated

Product Description

The 10 greatest blues songs are taught by 10 legends of the blues guitar
The original artist recordings play over an animated fretboard that simulates a guitar neck and displays fingering positions as it plays.
All lead and rhythm guitar parts are explained in full detail with both note-for-note transcriptions as well as chord-based versions.
As a result, the master recordings of every song are supplemented with MIDI audio tracks and can be learned at a pace that suits each student's abilities.
An automatic tuner, metronome, and built-in recorder are built into the device.

Was great when it was! Back in the day, I received this far enough back that I had access to the external links! Sadly, it has been ruined by outrageous crackdowns on sites that were once fantastic

Used laptop from 2003 seems to be the one I got. A limited amount of use can be derived from it.

This turned out to be a big mistake in loading Windows Media Player
3/5

When I loaded this to Windows Media Player, it only showed me a few songs that would have cost me less than $10 on iTunes. An album by Johnny Lang comes up while it is ripping. There's no way for me to explain what's going on. It was a total mess, never.

This product works as advertised, the interface is a bit challenging at first, but it isn't hard to figure out once you get the hang of it

This is an excellent tool
4/5

The Blues Instrumental Software is a great tool for learning cool blues songs right at your fingertips. There is no doubt about it that this product is not for beginners, so if you are hoping to learn basic blues rhythms and scales then you can skip it. It has been a great learning experience for me, and if you are starting out or intermediate level and want to learn some really cool blues songs, check out this book. One reason I didn't give it five stars is that a few of the songs are clearly on the expert level and I will have a long time before I am able It is, however, fantastic, aside from that.

It's time to take a look at some 80s software
3/5

While the interface is terrible, you do get some licks and can play along with the music. The book doesn't offer much in the way of instructions. This gadget basically shows your tab and plays the midi notes as the tab is highlighted. It comes in a pretty box, but inside is only a CD (not a DVD). The price of this should not be so high. The best place to find tab online is on You Tube, and you can listen to music online. As you can see, this is very old software, so it is very difficult to "learn" a song using.
