Roxio Creator NXT 7 - CD/DVD Burning & Creativity Suite [PC Download][Old Version]

I recommend you not to waste your time or money on this. I bought this software to replace my older version of Roxio easy media creator, a program that had all the features I needed for quick and easy editing of photos. This version has few editing features and they're scattered throughout. The adds showed the same desktop as the one I was using, but it's no longer valid due to a Windows update (it removed the certs) and users will need to dig around for the features. My limited video editing needs can be addressed adequately by Adobe Elements, which has all the video editing features I need. If I could, I would rate this program minus one star for the high price and misleading advertising as well as the hour+ it took to install (and still did not work) when I called tech support. They provided me with the correct link but I still think the program is a waste. I used to be able to access all features from one application in the older version. There are three separate apps installed on this one.

The Corel/Roxio product has been discontinued. The US doesn't offer any means to contact them. She got stuck in a circle jerk of a multilingual woman in India who could not contact Roxie in the United States. The work order number of the order was - The following numbers are assigned to it 5516619. Did not call me back on that. An easy way to tell whether a company is going out of business is to look for the following The poor business practices of Corel (such as this) are going away! Amazon was informed that the product had been returned. I will never do that.

In my message, I told her that if she used the serial number it wouldn't recognize it. He instructed me to take a picture of the serial number and send it to him. A return was sent for the CD. My frustration level is very high. They wanted me to do all sorts of stuff, but I had no idea how to do it. When their serial number was entered, the program did not start? In the process of creating your DVD of family videos and previewing your collection, the videos do not play properly. Slow motion and locked up play are the hallmarks of their game. I would rather have spent my money on something other than this!.

For the purpose of creating DVDs with menus and chapters, I purchased Creator 7 NST 7 from Amazon. Adobe Premiere Pro has been my primary tool for years. It used to be possible to create menus and chapters using Adobe Encore, but Adobe terminated Encore thereby compelling Creative 7 users to buy it. A book known as "Classroom in a Book" is included in Adobe Premiere Pro to introduce you and guide you through the use of the software. As of now, I have searched for an user guide / manual for Creator 7, which includes MyDVD, but have not yet found one. It even requested that I contact their Tech Support who pointed me in the direction of * I have not received a response from tech support. * It now appears that I will need to take days to figure out how to use Creator 7 instead of just an hour or two. The user interface for Creator 7 is not intuitive for me. The user interface and documentation on Roxio are certainly needing improvements if you are a listing service.

I'm unable to get techs to send me a new disc, I've uninstalled Roxio NXT 7 and reinstalled it too many times to get Roxio NXT 7 to work. Now the product key won't This is a piece of crap, do not buy it. I was able to use Easy Media Creator 10 while using my Windows 7 computer, but that program doesn't work on my new Windows 10 computer. NXT 7 software was delivered the following week to me after I ordered it on April 4th. The final return date for my return was May 31st. Different technicians kept emailing me with solutions which did not work and I have run out of time to return. Take Roxio NXT 7 for a spin, but don't waste your time.

know what I'm doing when it comes to using this app. It was impossible for me to install the software. An email was sent to the Steps to correct the installation problem were provided to me in detail. Following their lead was very important to me. No Roxio NXT 7 could be installed on my computer. I got in touch with tech support on its own to check on the installation of the software. Thanks for your effort. Unfortunately, I did not succeed. I used Amazon's excellent return policy instead. This may be able to be installed on your computer.

I received the program in good condition and in good time, but when I tried to install it on my computer, the product code was not recognized. Although I tried it five or six times to make sure I had entered the right code, it did They were polite and available when they tried to help me, but were unfair when they asked me to do certain things. In the beginning, I was asked to scan or take a photo of my disc with the I was unable to scan documents on my printer because it didn't have a scanning capability, and the camera in my phone wasn't working because it had a full memory. My computer would not let me upload my pictures straight from my phone, so I had to wait for them to call me back and figure out how to do that. It was a pain, but I can at least say I learned something new. The next day, I emailed them the information they requested, as well as a copy of my receipt and the keycode I took with my phone. He will have to send the picture to an internal review due to a blurry picture, so again an additional delay. After I hung up I got a phone call from a manager about an hour later. The man explained to me that he wanted to control my computer remotely so that he could download a file into it That's not good at all! Having access to my computer is not something I want anyone to be able to just do when they please. I made that mistake one time when I was young and let a boyfriend fix my desktop, which resulted in him spying on me for a long time afterward. Thank you, but no thanks. As far as information and files were concerned, I told the manager that I could download them myself if he sent them to me. I received a link to a site where I can download a Virtual Private Network, which I can then use. Although I have a DVD that I bought, I am still perplexed as to why I would require a VPN. This would only apply to digital downloads, wouldn't it? As a result, I am returning the disc and never intend on buying from them.
