Rather than focus on the narrator, the music takes over. It's not near as advanced as it could be in terms of graphics and games. There are a lot of useful learning interactive activities for kids, and this doesn't fit into any of them.

We discovered that the software did not display letters or numbers, but instead had a lot of bugs. The program did not teach about letters or numbers. There is only one remotely educational game included on the preschool CD, Ducky's Leafdrop. There is a written number on the back of a creature that your child should match the number of leaves on the back to. Although you can move the leaves with your mouse, it is difficult to move them to match. There's also a game in which you have to grab the letter in the water to match the one on the top of the screen using his little foot as a vessel. Each letter must be caught in order to move onto the next. In not referring to the letter by name, it misses a great opportunity to explain. *The scripts on the bonus CD are in error I must exit and then log on again to get my correct background since the preschool CD is in 32 bit color and it wipes out my PC wallpaper. After playing, the screen is completely white and I have to restart the computer to get my background back. It does not create an icon or get added to your startup menu since the kindergarten CD does not have a setup program. We actually got a ball stuck in the pinball machine, as it might happen on a real pinball machine, but since we could not shake it like an arcade machine, we had to let the ball fall out. The exit had to be made and we had to start all over again. Windows XP is not fully compatible with the program It is impossible to use the games by any other user on the same system as the one under which it was installed When you try to do so, an error occurs.

The game has 3 discs that are suitable for a range of ages, so we bought it for our 4-1/2 year old. I find it to be terrible- There are terrible graphics in the game and, since Sera and the "announcer" speak at the same time, the child cannot tell which is which. I remember that you could click the shark four times and it wouldn't take, then on the fifth try it would work. In one game, you had to figure out where creatures lived and you could click the shark into a water spot four times and it wouldn't take. I've been frustrated a lot lately. The mother and child broke down in tears three times (That's so we decided to put the That's for sure!.
