This purchase would have been better if I'd read the reviews first. Even years later, the issue is the same. The reformat feature does not allow me to import my existing resume. To make matters worse, I spent HOURS manually building the resume only to find that the format had no auto-population. Selecting each style and then selecting preview is the only way to see the preview for every section. On a disk, the software is more simple to use and easier to install.

My number one reason for purchasing this was so I can just reformat my existing resume and import Apparently this program cannot do that and has a glitch (possibly related to security settings) that prevents me from submitting. However, both browsing/downloading and copying/pasting have not yielded any results.

Furthermore, I did not have to do it. This experience had a bit of a humbling effect on me, as I haven't updated my resume in around 5 years. Not just re-designing but re-branding my organization was made much easier with this software It was a pleasure to format my resume, but also to offer such key phrases that advertise my skill set so well! I didn't have to download anything or install anything either! just type in my activation code after creating an account on the website provided and VOILA! My account has been activated. The freedom to work from anywhere and everywhere thanks to software. Here I am at the corner office!.
