I had an issue today with my activation code not working (too many activations) because I changed my Nvme drive to a larger size and was reinstalling on the new drive, so I called technical support right away. I was expecting a much longer wait and more hoops to jump through, but the experience was great thanks to Joe Farmer's technica.

It's not going to work. Formats are terrible! It is your money. Several times during the intermediate steps of creating your resume, the software hangs and crashes. I wasted an hour of editing, but when I pressed the save/finish resume button, the screen displayed "rendering resume" and the program hung indefinitely. My work was lost because it did not save anything. br>br>2. For Executive resumes, the sample formats are terrible. It was unimpressive to me, and you can find better formats on paid websites online if you simply googlebr>br>3. Because there are so many issues with it, I've decided not to use it.

In areas where alignment is important, the game is buggy. Change one job to a bullet list, and they give you a notepad to copy and paste into. The v20 of the product installs to the same directory as the v17, and the v20 appears to be more buggy than the v17. When I tried to export to Word 365, I kept getting log file dumps. It's not a bad product, but it could be so much better if they conducted more testing in real-world scenarios/configurations and addressed some of the nagging flaws.

April 21, 2020 is listed as the "Date first available. " The copyright date on the actual download, however, says 2017 after I (stupidly) purchased it. What a complete rip-off. I would not have purchased this if I had known that earlier. br>Of course, there's no way to get your downloaded software back, so BOOM. They were successful in capturing me. br>Don't let yourself be taken advantage of!.

It'll download and install fine, and the first time you open it to start a resume, it'll "work. " But don't hold your breath for a second that you'll be able to use it again! It's infected, and every time you try to open it, you get a Windows error message. A complete letdown and a $20 waste. You won't get any help from Amazon if you want a refund.

"For personal use only" should be stated on Amazon. " I don't require this program for my own use; I require it in order to assist me in the preparation of resumes for others. I'm afraid I won't be able to return it due to a lack of options.
