I've downloaded the product, but I can't open it, and there is no one to help me. We spent $74 on a wasteful activity. I would like my money back, but I cannot find a way to do so.

The experience was frustrating and disappointing

My first Amazon review although I have purchased hundreds of items on the site. I am an engineer who has extensive experience in the Microsoft Project program, so I understand how both of these functions There are no modern operating systems that are compatible with TurboProject. As the sales and product support are not easily accessible by phone or email, I was unable to resolve my issues. I was also not able to get a refund after downloading the software. I do not recommend it.
