I have been using this for a while. I was able to get a copy cheap from the Microsoft store years ago and did the layout for our house with it. My job at work requires me to use it to make organizational charts This is a hit or miss experience for me when it comes to charts. There are times when it works the way you want it to, but other times, This is a highly sophisticated program and probably a lot more sophisticated than most of us need or want. are you really going to add and delete data in Visio just for the sake of doing so? The last thing you would need to do is update it often. Regardless of if you're a big fan of making jumbo sized calendars, the schedule function is quite useful to get a sense of a time frame and the calendar function is very helpful for keeping track of your schedule. Using this program to describe processes, or to outline step-by-step routines that you should put into a manual or a procedure, is a big plus. Basically, you can think of it as the Swiss Army Knife of Microsoft suite of products. There are a lot of cool things you can do, but it also has some features you may never need. The situation is truly disappointing that you do not get this with Office Professional rather than Publisher, since the latter is a much more capable Best of all, Microsoft offers a free 30-day trial period for its products. Installing a key is all you need to continue using it if you like.

The 2007 version of Microsoft Visio is the one I chose after reviewing newer versions. A good deal was offered on the discounted product and it was delivered in good working order and with no damage. Whenever updates were available, they were automatically downloaded the following Visio is one of my favorite software packages I have used it to create architectural, mechanical, and electrical drawings and plot them as PDFs. Apps like this are very useful. It's that simple to create drawings with Auto Cad and Microstation, why can't AutoCAD make it so easy? As a result, you can't perform all the functions offered by the popular drawing software. Nevertheless, I am happy with this arrangement.
