MyInvoices & Estimates Deluxe

I've been working with a simple, low-cost program. For the past two decades, I've used a shaky invoice program, and with the end of Windows 7, I had to say goodbye to it. As a result, the process of trial and error began. I read reviews on Amazon and online, and I tried out Quickbooks Online. My account was frozen, but the subscription fee was still being charged. You won't be able to make changes to your account on your computer if you sign up with your phone. You'll be charged more on a monthly basis just to have a field for PO numbers? Really? After that, I used Amazon's free NCH Suite. It's only free for two weeks, after which it won't print (wasting my time). Every invoice company appears to be attempting to lock customers into a'monthly fee' for the rest of their lives. br> I keep track of my expenses on an Excel spreadsheet that I purchased a few years ago, and I prefer to write checks. All I needed was a program that could generate invoices (with customizable fields) and monthly or annual lists of them. Just a simple thing. br> When I first opened this program, it appeared that I'd be stuck with the brightly colored templates, but after clicking on the box fields in 'customize,' I was able to change that. Then, in the color tabs above, I changed the background to white and the field heads to a light blue color, resulting in minimal ink consumption. You can also change the font size. I like how the invoice list is always visible and on the left hand side. This program also allows you to send emails and create PDF files. If you're looking for something simple that won't overly connect all of your accounts, this is the place to go. It's well worth your time to give it a shot. Sincerely.

MyInvoices is a service that I have used in the past. Estimates Deluxe for a period of, say, 20 years? V6 continues to serve my needs, but I am unable to generate any reports because it keeps telling me that it is "unable to open database" and "unable to load selected report. " I bought V10 in the hopes of importing my V6 data and generating the 2019 reports I require, but I am unable to get V10 to install. It also says I can use a code on a yellow sticker on the back of the box's card, but there isn't one. This is a complete farce, and as someone who used to own a computer company, I can assure you that there is no operator error at play. I'm open to suggestions from anyone. I'm looking forward to changing my mind about this product's rating. br>br>UPDATE 9/20: I was finally able to install the program after collaborating with the company. I like some aspects of it, but not all of them. I'd call the previous version a step forward and a step back in some ways. One simple thing is that I used to be able to tab from one field to the next, and the program would auto populate the field's information if I typed the first letter (for example, typing the P of PayPal), but the new version doesn't do that, so I have to retype the same information in each invoice; additionally, the invoices print smaller on the page than they used to, making them more difficult to read. The fact that they now print in color, which was not possible with the previous version, is a plus. In comparison to the previous version, there are a few other aspects that I find clumsy. One would be that the previous version allowed me to print to PDF and then automatically open the PDF; another would be that the new version allows me to print to PDF but does not automatically open the PDF. This version constantly asks if I want to open the PDF. I've increased the number of stars from one to three because the program now installs and works, but it's not a cure-all. br>br>NEW UPDATES: br>br>NEW UPDATES: br>br> Despite my dissatisfaction with V10, which included the lack of some features from V6, I read positive reviews of V9 and purchased a never-used copy. When I went to install it, it said "You have another version of this software. " I was very disappointed. Is it something you'd like to improve? " I opted for NO. The software, on the other hand, was a colossal failure. I tried several times, but it will not let me install it from scratch without first upgrading to a previous version. I'm not happy, Avanquest, and I'm open to suggestions.

There are no windows. For the past 32 years, I've been using Windows 3 to create my invoices. 0 I believe it was the first one I bought this software it's not fancy if you're looking for fanciness you're looking for gadgetry if you're looking for extra stuff there's other out there but you'll pay a lot more for it if you're looking for basic invoicing 30 days whatever you know any kind of reports you're looking for you can't beat this stuff you can't beat this with a baseball bat this software has been good for 32 years I'.

Get a restocking fee of the same amount; this is a very difficult program. There are no comparisons to the previous versions. I returned it because it didn't meet my needs. I chose to return it myself because it was less expensive. Only to discover that I was charged a restocking fee of the same amount as the tax refund. This makes me angry. It would have been less expensive if it had been kept.

I got it and tried to use it. It's a waste of time to watch this show. After downloading it, I attempted to open the programs. The IP address and email address were no longer valid, according to a message. Because of this, I was unable to use the programs at all.

I purchased this product because my old software was not compatible with Windows 10. The new version is a little more difficult to figure out, but it's still doable. I just wish there were more templates to choose from so that I wasn't wasting so much ink. The majority of the templates are the same; the only difference is that they are printed in various colors. My package included a $10 donation form. 00 rebate.

This product is a DUMB DUMB DUMB DUMB DU After you've installed it, you can customize your template to look exactly how you want it to. BUT, and it's a big but, It appears that the one you're filling out isn't the one you're supposed to be filling out. As a result, you will be unable to accomplish your objectives. This software is awful! Anyone who purchases this item should keep their receipt close at hand because they will be returning it. It's a one-star review!.

Overall, the program was not a good fit for my company. However, as a computer savvy individual, I found the option to customize an invoice to be far too difficult to implement, and there was no backup option available from the menu or task bar. This did not appeal to me as being very user-friendly.
