You said you wanted the VPN, does that sound right? A full version of internet security complete is required to obtain the Webroot VPN.
There are two years on it. In my case, I purchased the same one on 3/2/2021, and it showed how many days remained on it when I installed it, indicating it was a two-year contract. Since the system has been around for a while, I am personally satisfied with it. I wish you the best of luck.

Despite the fact that the product does well, don't count on ever being able to log in or The details are My account is not accessible due to a failed login. When I tried to log in, even though I knew what the password was, I had to go through the "forgot password" process. It was told that I had changed my password successfully and could now log in. I don't agree! It will not work with the new password that I just changed. Monday through Friday, the only way to reach support is by phone Quite a hassle. Some "changes" were made as a result of the call. We were told it might take up to 24 hours to resolve everything. It didn't work out that way. It didn't work out for me. Now that it's been a year since we renewed, we still cannot log in. When I called support, they were very helpful and got me back up and running. I was able to log in The situation is fine. The answer is no. I did the same thing the next day A failure to log in has occurred. We changed our password successfully, but we are still having login issues. There is still one more call for me. Webroot will never be a part of my IT system again after my subscription is over. THE UPDATE IS After figuring out the problem without any assistance from Webroot, I added one star. Almost never do they tell you that you must use a special character in your password because it won't work otherwise. No reference to this requirement can be found on the website, and two techs that I spoke with did not mention When your entire purpose for calling is to establish minimum requirements, I would have expected them to be very clear about them. In fact, your password is even described on the website as having been successfully changed, despite the fact that it clearly wasn't. As soon as I added the special character, I logged in multiple times to make sure the character was correctly added. Would you please take the time to A very poor coding job was done in the process of changing passwords.
I have not yet installed my license, but this review is based on my previous experiences with Webroot. In the license, there are three seat allocations for use on three computers. Installing it on one computer is easy, but linking to other devices is more difficult. As well as this, their administration center does not support stacking licenses. Normally, I would like the subscription to automatically extend upon entering the license, but the administration center begins using the new license without delay, so if you have time remaining on the previous license, you lose it. I think Webroot failed to provide adequate customer support in this instance, which is unfortunate. Other vendors have found a way around these issues. Despite that, I have had almost zero problems with viruses for the past few years using Avast and this. They work in different ways for me, and I have not had problems with them conflicting with each other.
The installation is a mess. Despite my efforts, the stupid thing keeps popping up again and again. That frustrates me so much!
Update in progress I still cannot get it to work. However I have not been able to activate my account even after I have initially completed the activation process. Because I cannot see the Webroot icon on the screen, it is pretty obvious that it is not working. In a web search, I found articles that claimed Webroot didn't work well with the Windows 10 OS, even though the Amazon product description stated this product did.

It had been two or three weeks since I first got it. I haven't been hacked or has there been an issue so far. When I needed the product key a second time, I was unable to find it in your Software Library. To provide customers with a reference, the key can be found there. Although it was a good deal for a two-year subscription, it is my opinion that the same level of anti-virus protection should be included It is recommended that the operating system comes with antivirus software. It's also not nice to have to pay with autopay. My impression of autopay is that it is a shady business practice.
I find it much easier to download and install than previous software. It is desirable to have this instead of having to await the disk to arrive, so I certainly endorse this. The Webroot protection will show me if there are any threats on my computer and will remove them if they exist. The feeling of being in good hands is very comforting to me!.
Basically it was a replacement for the WebRoot Protection that I purchased my first year. My trust is that it will continue to perform equally effectively as in the past. I had placed my tenetive order (in my cart) for WebRoot a few days before I had I am no longer covered by my previous insurance plan two days after I had my surgery and came home four days shy of my surgery date on June 11. When I noticed Amazon had raised the price of my package by $10, I was shocked. It is not fair for me to be charged $00 in that time. However, I was compelled to proceed because I needed a critical form of protection.
