I couldn't get the software to download. I tried contacting Amazon for three days without success. They were of no assistance. I have been unable to recover my funds.
I purchased it a few years ago and installed it on an old computer running Windows Vista. Every year, I use this for my laptops and Amazon Fire; all you need is the product code and the appropriate version to download.
If I sold it on Amazon, I'd make a lot of money. If it was sold on Amazon by another company, get in touch with them.
My computer and my Android phone both work with the Last Pass App.

Fast, low-profile, and capable of exceeding expectations. br>br>I'd like to focus on a problem that many people have had with Amazon purchases. br>To get started, simply follow these steps:
1. Purchase from Amazon and then copy your new keycode from your Amazon digital orderbr>2. In the Webroot console, go to "My Account" and click the gear icon. br>3. You're ready to go once you paste the new keycode into the "Activate a new keycode" location.
4. I also go to the Webroot online console and type in the new Keycode. It will usually offer to transfer any remaining days on the old keycode and then you are good to go. br>br>I've been doing this for a long time and have never had any issues. br>Best of luck to you.
Your original subscription will not be extended if you purchase a year on Amazon! The current key will not be extended if a new key is added to the account. They'll both be installed at the same time. Due to obnoxious renewal notices, I lost 28 days of my previous subscription. The customer service representative on the phone was not sympathetic. Nonetheless, a year on Amazon is HALF the price of a Webroot renewal. Even though I technically came out ahead despite losing 28 days, the loss of a star has left me with some negative feelings. br>I much prefer Webroot to the Norton products I used for nearly two decades, and it's far superior to any of the garbage that came with the various computers I've purchased in recent years. I recommend that you purchase Webroot, but exercise caution when entering your Amazon "renewal" key.
Don't get me wrong, I think Webroot Internet Complete Antivirus Protection is fantastic. . . . There are no issues with their services! br>It has something to do with Amazon. I'm not happy with Webroot's 'digital' purchase! The Amazon price is a "fantastic price" (less than half of what Webroot charges), but Amazon wants you to download their "Amazon Games. " 'Software Downloader' is a program that allows you to download any digital software that 'doesn't work'. . . . I attempted to download twice and received a variety of errors both times! I was forced to seek assistance from Amazon. . . . I had a conversation with two representatives. . . . neither of them knew what to say to me! They made me try everything from turning off my modem (internet tower) to turning off my computer. a new start! Finally, I told the last gaming software tech that I was going to call Webroot directly! She stated that she would keep looking for an answer. Get in touch with me. It had been almost two hours at this point! Oh btw: On digital purchases, Amazon does not issue refunds! So, if you're looking to buy something, be cautious! br>I dialed the number for Webroot. BOOM! In only two steps, the problem was solved. . . . and I didn't have to use Amazon's software at all! br>I only wish I had read the other reviews from people who had similar issues before going through all of the other steps! If you're unsure, simply call Webroot. They ARE GOING TO FIX IT! I would have pursued a refund OR credit to my Amazon account for this digital purchase if Webroot had not been able to assist with the problem, especially since I am a Prime Member! It's not my fault that their game software is broken!.
I've been using Webroot for quite some time now. I'm guessing it's been around four or five years. It appears to function as intended. So far, neither MalwareBytes nor the TrendMicro scanner have found any malware or infections that Webroot has missed, which is a good sign. Webroot also doesn't send me many false alerts. I'd give it five stars if it weren't for Webroot's policy of charging $79 for a year of service when you buy one from Amazon for $39. It irritates me that this company's policy is to "give the returning customer the shaft. " Perhaps now that Carbonite has acquired the company, things will change.
I bought a new keycode and entered it into my account to renew my subscription. I've been doing it without issue for years, but the last time I did it, all of my saved passwords in the password management were erased. Because the last keycode didn't get renewed within 45 days, and they didn't seem to mind that I still had an active keycode subscription on my account. I reached out to customer service, and what was their response? Disconnect from the internet and save the passwords to a cvs file by downloading and saving them. um. "disconnect" from the internet and "download" a file that is obviously empty because it was deleted? Have the laws of physics changed, or has Webroot hired the most inept IT staff they can find? Thanks for your help; now I need to recover user names and passwords from hundreds of websites that I've accumulated over the years.
I don't have any complaints about Webroot anti-virus. It's a fantastic program that we've been using for a long time. The issue stemmed from Amazon's digital download policy. I tried everything I could to get their software download program to work on our Windows 10 desktop, but it wouldn't. I couldn't get a refund or a disc because I bought it digitally. There was also no one to call, only a community forum, and despite the fact that others had experienced the same problem, there was no solution that worked. I would have been out $40 and without protection if it hadn't been for Webroot Customer Service. Before making any digital purchases, make sure you've downloaded Amazon's software download program.
Not so much when it comes to setting up an account. I'm currently very dissatisfied with this product because I paid money for nothing. The download went without a hitch. Then I tried to create an account and add devices to the console, but nothing happened. I'm trying to figure out how to get an Amazon refund.
