I purchased a subscription to the program for 2018 in 2017 and obtained and installed it into my computer. My subscription started indicating that it had expired when I saw pop-ups. The incident occurred well in advance of the subscription's expiration date. Unfortunately, I did not have the time or energy to call Webroot to correct the situation due to the illness and death of my mom. My subscription to the service was renewed in December for this year as well, and this is continuing. Despite having paid for it, I have not had protection for a year and a half. have repeatedly tried to contact Webroot Technical Support, but it takes between 55 minutes to over an hour each time. I highly recommend you to not purchase this product, since it is a sham, and there is no technical support.

It has worked well for me for the last couple of years and I love the way it does the job. I no longer have to deal with Norton taking up so much of my hard drive. As a result, I am not interrupted as often as I was by Norton. like that it is an online program. As long as my PC isn't in use during the scan, it works quietly. Win 10 seems to play well with it. I know that it detects threats since it has already done so. The software has never caused me any problems. I'm a rather techy user, so it's hard to please me. As you can imagine, I just bought round three for another year. I always check PC Magazine's reviews before I buy, and it has always gotten a good review. This is a very satisfactory result for me.
