You can use Internet Explorer if you have it. You cannot use Google Chrome with this add-on. That I have made a call to customer service and I found it to be good service It would be nice if someone could contact you later if you leave a message. Worked for me. You did pretty well! The only complaint I have is that the user interface is a little cryptic, and the help isn't context-sensitive.
