DEAR SIR, AFTER PAYING AVANQUEST, YOU MUST DOWNLOAD THE PROGRAM FROM THE INTERNET, INSTALL IT, AND WORK FROM THE PROGRAM.

It's useless for sending invoices via email

In my spare time, I send invoices via email. I was using a program from another company that had its authorization revoked after I updated at their request. I chose this package because it came highly recommended by Amazon. The program has a section where you can enter your email server name, port number, user name, and password, among other things. As a reseller, I'm familiar with this information and had previously used it in another program. When I attempted to send a test email, the program informed me that it was unable to connect to the email server. I also tried the secondary port (both secure ports) with the same results. Because the manual was inadequate, I contacted the company via email to explain my situation, and was told that "you must use Outlook to send email invoices. " " I responded that there was no indication of this on the box, and why would the program require the server name and port number if it was sending via Outlook? I never received a response to my email. As a result, I'm stuck with this POS and will never buy another "My Software" product.

I wasn't looking for anything too fancy, but this makes a decent invoice and has a bunch of other features that I might use in the future (Inventory control, accounts payable and receivable, and other reports), and it's relatively easy to navigate with a little effort. I can't comment on customer service because I've never needed it. Overall, it is better than I had anticipated for the price.

This program is a complete waste of time. It is impossible to figure out how to use it. Take a chance on another product because the help tab is completely useless. br>Take a chance on another product because you won't be able to accomplish anything with this one. You'll have a better chance of finding a free template on the internet.

Product appeared to be fine, but there was no longer any support for it when I needed it. br>There was also no phone number to call to ask a question. br>I would buy it again only if there was support.

For the money, this is a good piece of software

This is a good software for estimating and invoicing. I'd like to see a little more flexibility in terms of form customization. It's primarily used for estimating jobs. It works well for us, but we don't have a complex or time-consuming business to estimate. It takes some practice to master the customization process. This product should be sufficient for someone running a small, straightforward business.
