Depending on what size you buy for the magnaturals worm feeder magnetic decor with cup, you may need to adjust the magnet to fit. In a small worm feeder, you should put small superworms, in a large worm feeder you can put up to large size superworms, etc. They stay in the cup for the most part. Not many escape if you don't place
This is a very shallow pool, not much deeper than an inch and a half. You can root the plant in it if it is a moss plant or a small plant. Otherwise, your plant is in danger of not rooting there.

We are using the Magnaturals small worm feeder in a 12x12x18 (18" tall) tank for a crested gecko with good results. As large as the dish / depression was, we weren't expecting it. Our flat leaf (can't recall plant name) plant is not fed in this tank because it fits perfectly in a 4" pot, and because we have covered the bottom of the tank in a plastic liner (picked up at the local hardware store) padded with moss. The product would probably work well if you feed worms to your reptile, but since we can't review for that since don't feed him worms, it won't be reviewed. In our hope that it would be suitable for a small dish of repashy, the hole is too big for the 2 oz cups we have, and even the worm dish is too big to fit repashy in and keep it from drying out. Follow the directions carefully or it won't be stable enough. The magnets hold well, but you need to carefully follow the directions. We've found it works well for our small cresties, but anything much larger or with claws won't be able to use it.
Rather than serve as a feeding dish, I purchased this to be used as a "bed" for my crested gecko. A ledge with two bowls was previously purchased by me For food, one container is for food, for water, one container is At the end of the day, when the food bowl was empty, my crestie would curl up and sleep. The one I bought was hidden up high in a tree covered in leaves, and he enjoys hiding and sleeping on it. It is his job to be there all day, every I can sneak a peek at him easily and take him out quickly as well, making it so much easier than cleaning a cave. This is a great idea.
Feeding this does not make much sense, I just flip it over and bask in the sun. The following note should be taken into account
I must wash (not just rinse, I mean wash) with warm water, before using (as it feels like roll in sand) all those pieces of grey sand came off after a thorough wash, so I cannot imagine geckos ingesting them. Make sure you dry it in the sun (for one day) before using it.
This approach is realistic and practical, but works better for smaller feeders. You need to super glue Velcro to the cup and inside the rock for Cham because its tongue will get caught between the rock and the cup.
I would have preferred if A thick foam was used to make this. It would have been better if the plastic had been stronger. There is a weak spot in the magnet, but it is.
I fed my chameleon food since he didn't go on the ground because he doesn't eat a lot of soil.
Sometimes they will lay around it In addition to being a water dish, it serves as a refuge for my crested geckos, who enjoy Sometimes, they'll lay around it (on the ledge) and use it to jump from one part of the terrarium to another.
There are two types of foam foam The book I should have read before I bought 2 was the one I should have read. I would not recommend it for the price. Anyway, it's a good product.
