The main part of the vine is about 1/2 inch thick, and the branches that extend off tapper from 1/4 inch thick to about an 1/8 of an inch thick when spread out. Climbing on it is a favorite pastime of my adolescent chemelon.
Yes. It has a lot of flexibility and will wrap around any object you put it on.
It's not something I'd recommend; it's a complete waste of time.

It's the worst piece of reptile decor I've ever seen, and I've been buying reptile decor for a long time. Your pet will almost certainly be harmed! 1. br>br> Almost every stem had sharp wires protruding from it (which could easily rip the skin of a gecko or other animal!). ) because the foam covering is far too delicate for the thick wire beneath it! 2. br>br>1. br>br>br>br>br>br I started hot gluing over these spots, and when I bent one of the stems slightly (it's supposed to be bendable! ), it cracked. ) a large section tore away, exposing the frayed and fragile insides. 3. br>br>4. br>br>5. br>br>6. I sighed and glued over the tear, but I decided to rinse it before putting it in the gecko tank to ensure it didn't bleed, despite the listing's claim that it was "waterproof. " It bled a nasty brownish red dye or paint all over the place, to be sure! The color continued to come off after several dabs with a paper towel, leaving the vine sticky. 4. br>br> Not only that, but the foam was also damp (by no means a waterproof covering!). This thing is terrible, and I'm a professional artist who works with a variety of materials. br>br>It's a dangerous, fragile environment all around. terrible. I'm disappointed because the design is appealing on the surface, but the materials used are woefully inadequate. It's time for them to re-evaluate their situation. Instead of a flimsy fragile foam, use a PVC or silicone coating to release this. The leaves are also made of a shoddy, frayed fabric that arrived frayed. br>br>I received a refund, and Amazon has taken action against the item. I'm hoping for a recall on this. Please look and feel the vine carefully, as you will miss the sharp edges if you do not, and rinse and dab with a paper towel. You don't want your chameleon or gecko to get tangled in the wires or poisoned by the paint/dye:.
It's in the tank with my crested gecko. It looks much nicer than the vine I paid twice as much for at the pet store. This one appeals to me because it has adorable little leaves and other embellishments. You can swirl it around something because it is bendable. My gecko crawls on it and stays put despite the fact that I do not have it attached to anything. I would definitely recommend this place because it has a good vibe for the money.
It's rigid(but flexible) enough to support itself and the hermit's weight against the glass and substrate without the need for suction cups.
Love it. It is simple to bend. It looks fantastic. For my snail enclosure, I purchased this item. My snails' shells will not be damaged because of the soft rubber coating. To attach it to places where there were no objects to wrap around, I used fish tank suction cups.
I didn't use any suction cups; instead, I simply stuffed it into the enclosure in the desired position and it stayed perfectly in place.
After about a week of misting the lizard's cage, I noticed that the color runs and drips when it gets wet. I'm not sure it belongs in a cage with anything that needs to be misted. Aside from that, it maintains its shape well and is long enough.
These vines have previously been used to house a Chamaeleon and long-tailed lizards. It appears to be a hit with them. It bends and holds its shape well.
Very pliable, cleanable, attractive, and durable. Daisy (The Chameleon) has given it two thumbs up!.
