I don't think it helps with ICK, and it's just Methylene Blue. At Walmart, you can buy a more concentrated version of this (in drops) for 3 bucks in the Pet section. It's best if you go to PetSmart. They have a product not just for ick but for any other disease you can imagine. ICK can't be cured by this product, so your fish will end up dying anyway, since it does nothing to help cure them.
