My turtles are carnivores, so they usually leave them alone.
a body of water
i do. I actually rinse them in the sink first before putting them in a quarantine tank to make sure no snails or snail eggs rode along with them for a week or so before releasing them into their intended tank.
They are not going to do that.

AFTER I HAD PLACED THESE GREENS IN THE AQUARIUM FOR A COUPLE OF WEEKS. br>MY BEAUTIFUL BETA PASSED AWAY. br>THE MONTHS BEFORE HAD BEEN FINE, WITH ABSOLUTELY NO CHANGES OTHER THAN THESE GREENS. WHICH TURNED OUT TO BE FULL OF SNAILS. & A BAD BACTERIA, MOST LIKELY. br>I WILL NEVER BUY FROM AN UNKNOWN SOURCE AGAIN. br>IT WAS A DIFFICULT LESSON TO LEARN. BUY LOCAL; FROM NOW ON, I WILL BUY FROM A KNOWN SOURCEOR, PETCO.
First and foremost, I am not a professional or even a regular fisherman. I purchased these to replace my plastic plants and give them a try. I bought gritty, sandy rocks in the hopes that the roots would stick to them. To hold them in place temporarily, I used a clear plastic sewing thread to attach them.
I'm sorry, but this strategy was doomed from the start - The color is a dark brown and there is no life in it. To give it one last chance, I planted it in an aquarium. However, it appears to be quite revolting. In a few days, I'll toss it out.
It arrived in a bubble mailer and sat in my mailbox in the scorching summer heat for quite some time. It didn't appear to be in good shape, and black spots were still visible. There was also nothing inside the packaging to help it stay alive. I've included a photo, and I'm hoping it survives in my aquarium. I'll make a change to my review.
The fish like it because it's a healthy plant with a nice appearance.
In my aquarium, these are thriving, and my fish love to hide behind them. I feed them and give them some sunlight, and they seem to be doing fine.
When these guys arrived, I plopped them down in the gravel and ta-daaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa dah! Weeks later, there is new growth. From everything I ordered, this was the only one that survived.
These are the largest and healthiest-looking plants I've ever received. They arrived in a timely manner and appear to be in excellent condition. br>Thank you very much.
