I believe it has grown out of the water; mine melted when I first put it in, but it has since sprouted a lot of new growth and is flourishing.
You can, in fact.
Yes, they can thrive in aquarium gravel, but a loosely packed plant substrate is a better option.br>br>Planterest

I strongly advise that you purchase them as soon as possible. These plants are one of my favorites because they grow quickly, are full, and attractive. My fish enjoys them, and my frog enjoys them as well; he is much less stressed as a result. He sits on the leaves, and because the flow from the filter and bubbles is slowed, it's much easier for him to get air and food from the top of the tank. Also, I received them much sooner than I anticipated, which is fantastic. br>br>Recent changes: br>br> I placed another order, and they are perfect and lovely. The larger tank with white rocks is depicted in the photos.
The swords were enormous and appeared to be in good shape. I had previously purchased swords from this seller, but the ones I received recently were much larger and healthier! On the down side, unlike previous orders, I was met with a group of hitchhikers this time. I'm not sure if they were snails, slugs, or insect larva, but the quarantine step should not be skipped. I manually removed the items I noticed and placed them in a quarantine tank, where I will inspect them in a few weeks to see if anything else appears. Hopefully, I'll be able to avoid using chemicals.
I ordered three times from here, the first three of which were excellent and melted quickly in the 100G tank. They've established a strong root system in the gravel. I take Osmocote root pills that I make myself. I liked them so much that I ordered three more for my 55-gallon breeder, along with Eco complete and root tabs. It was set up for a breeding pair of angels from the 100g, and they prefer to lay eggs on the wider leaves. This batch was not uniform in size, and the leaves appeared to be oval in shape, which is the shape that is typically provided when grown in water. They are, however, producing a large number of new leaves. I would buy plants from them again because they are still worth the money.
This sword arrived in excellent condition and was a good size; it's been a week and it's still performing admirably. There wasn't a single broken leaf, and there was no melting.
I ordered two bundles and was given a third for free, as promised (though I was charged a slightly higher shipping fee for ordering more than one). According to the product description, I requested a heat pack, but none was sent. The plants were "healthy" and had lush green foliage when they were delivered. There were several small plants in each bundle, each with a 4-inch diameter. 6 stems. The root base, on the other hand, was severely underdeveloped. For an amazon sword to survive, it needs a large, healthy root base, especially when it transitions from emergent to submerged growth. The roots on these specimens had yellowed and softened to a large extent, with 0- Only two healthy, bright white roots are left. This made planting them in gravel impossible because they all refused to stay in the gravel and floated to the surface. Since then, I've placed half of them in a submerged hospital tank and the other half in an emergency situation. Individuals who have just emerged are in a make-or-break situation. In a covered bucket with a lamp and submerged potting soil, I set up a shift setup. All of them appear to be doing well and growing, but I shouldn't have to provide them with so much extra care just to keep them alive. It's been less than a week since I got them, so I'm not sure if any/all of them will make it.
Yay! This shipment was extremely generous. They gave me so many when I ordered the buy two, get one free deal! His aquarium has turned into a jungle! And take a look at how well they're doing. Love it! To put things in perspective, this is a ten gallon tank, so they gave me a lot.
There were no brown or dead leaves when it arrived, so it was in excellent condition. They were already tied together, so they could be planted without being separated. I couldn't be happier with this plant, and I'm looking forward to seeing what else they have to offer. I give them an A+ and would strongly advise anyone looking for healthy aquarium plants to contact them.
I placed an order for two items and received a third for free. The plants from the first two weights were split into three plants each when I unrolled them. The third group was divided into six segments. That was fantastic because it allowed me to spread out the plants across the tank. The roots were attractive, and as you can see from my photos, the plants were in excellent condition. They were shipped quickly, and I received them five days after placing my order. Now I'm crossing my fingers that I can keep them alive and well in my aquarium. In a few weeks, I should be able to provide an update. Today is the tenth day of the year. My name is Joni, and I'll be your guide through the year 2021.
