The polish was well done and the color looked lovely on. Generally, the stones are of the same size and colors and have been carefully selected. I found them to look very pleasing with my cactus pots and to help provide a little more stability for the plants. Although I was expecting them to be a little smaller because they are small. The only thing I wish they had was a smaller size product with the same characteristics as the bigger ones as I think they would have covered my soil better. It seems like they are rather medium sized, but the quality and selection are so great I decided to keep them even so. I thought it was a great product and it was well priced.
There is no way that I would recommend buying this product on Amazon. The only way I can leave negative starts is by leaving them open. The products I received did not meet the expectations stated in the description. If the refund was available, I would like one. Unfortunately, I did not find an email that I can directly contact the seller. This product is for an aquaponics system that I recently bought. An ecosystem that is created by two species of fish and plants interacting. I put the product in my aquarium, thinking the description said it was safe for aquariums. However, after I had put the product in my tank, I noticed the label said it was toxic. There are warnings on the label that say it can lead to cancer and birth defects! Afterwards, I spent a while cleaning out my whole aquarium to get rid of the toxins. As a result of mixing up this package with another package, I have no rocks at all.
According to the picture, I expected to find a bag of tiny stones in a mix of light and dark colors polished to a high shine. They may be small, but they are still much bigger than I had originally The overall effect is much darker than I wanted because of the number of dark stones as compared to light stones. In spite of the fact that they appear to have been polished, there is a dull luster I did not expect the results to be as bad as they were, and I was not anticipating them to be this bad. Since the item is sold at such a low price, and I did not make any shipping charges on them, I don't think it could have done any good for me to return it. Since I will definitely need more stones anyhow, I guess I could get a bag of all light stones and mix these in, and this would give the desired effect. Despite all that, I can use these in the middle and use them as filler and as weight, and use nicer stones on the outer edges to give a more luxurious appearance.
The stones are of good quality. They aren't small, but they certainly aren't If only the stones were smaller, I would be happy It would be great if bags were larger or more varied in size. Such "uniform" sizes were not what I was seeking. There was a slight deception in the picture. My only complaint is that this company needs to include a bag of smaller stones to their product line. All in all, they were as described (maybe it was a coincidence that my bag was largely larger stones) but otherwise, I cannot fault the company or the product.
Pebbles and river rocks that are very pretty. Similar to displaced in that it comes in different colors. My new fish aquarium will be filled with them soon! It can be used for aquariums or accent decoration for people who want small river rocks the size of accent stones.
Among the products I ordered were these and some of a larger size. I was very pleased with how everything turned out. I still have some left over after the products were packaged well and none of the contents spilled. There was a good mix of sizes and colors in these.
The pot is 4 inches in diameter, and I ordered these covers to cover a small Lucky Bamboo. It was perfect that the size was small and the colors were varied.
The stones were bigger than I thought. I couldn't use them for my "project" because they were too large. It was a nice color stone, but the packaging was weak and the price was unreasonable. It will no longer be purchased from Amazon in the future. Taking a trip to the craft store is necessary.
