In short, yes. Netting such as this is not a "soft" netting, such as soft fish nets. There is a plastic component to it. Since the material comes folded, it bends, but it is still firm enough to deter fish from coming into contact with it. The piece has been on top of our tank for some time, and we are very pleased The mesh allows the fish to be fed right through, and the additional lighting helps the plants grow much faster. In the past, we had a glass top with the little plastic stuff behind it. There were some chunks of plastic in the aquarium that had become pretty cloudy, and the plants at the back were not very happy about that. The Home Depot kindly provided us with a window screen frame kit The color and size of these candles can vary greatly The mesh is thus defined as a "frame" in this way. I like it a lot. It fits right into the top of the tank and rests on the ledge that used to hold the glass. Despite its benefits, the mesh only has one adverse effect. That is the fact that the water in the tank evaporates faster. It's just a matter of keeping an eye on it and adding when needed. This is an excellent solution for your problem.
That is not the case. Like nets or window screens, it is more like these kinds of materials.
The tank was not open to me, so I can't tell you what it's like inside. Made of nylon, this item is lightweight. In order to prevent leaves and debris from falling into my fountain, I was planning to construct a frame for the netting to cover it. It was impossible to figure out the fountain because of its unusual
It is necessary to have a frame to hold the screen. I used an aluminum frame for my window screen

The perfect solution for anyone who does not have a lid for their fish tank. The mesh is just fantastic, it worked so well with the Home Depot window screen kit that I bought that can be cut to size. The fish are protected from jumping out by an excellent mesh that lets in all of the light. Despite its weight, it is highly durable. Because I pulled too much when I was building the screen, the frame curved a bit, so I would say it is very sturdy. This is an excellent book.
It's a soft 1/4" pliable netting I bought to wrap the ends of duct pipes within my utility closet system to protect the hot water heater. Keeping the air flowing was not my goal, but I wanted to keep critters out of my closets through the pipes because of the A lot of insulation was loose in the closet, and there were a few dead bats as well. The results were just what we were looking for. Although I found the metal net to work as well, it was a lot stiffer and harder to work with, since it cut up my hands so badly. It is necessary to wear gloves.
This is very clear, which can be hard to come by. The product has been in my hands for a couple months and I have yet to use it, but I am very pleased to have found it and to have acquired Here's the update! I was able to use There is double the mess of having two cages for two birds. I had to separate them. To secure the scarf, I used small zip/cable ties. The scarf provides a nice "panel" for the birds so that they cannot invade each other's It seems the parakeets haven't chewed through it yet. This netting would be a nice chew toy for birds with strong beaks.
Then there isn't much of a problem. But large tanks must have strong dividers. With the help of some aquarium supplies, I constructed a divider for my male and female champion Flowerhorns from Thailand. * For the duration of breeding, the netting withstands chewing and battering by the fish, allowing them to still see each other and Thus, if you are planning on building a saltwater aquarium plenum, this material would be ideal, since it can be used as a material you can use if you have some innovation for your tank.
There are little dogs who can slide through the gate and get into places where they aren't supposed to be. As we needed something to put between the gate bars to prevent them from slipping through, this was just what we were looking for. I wove the fabric through the bars and attached it with zip ties once it had been cut to fit. Although they have chewed and pawed their way into it a couple of times, it has held up well and the dogs have pretty much given up on it.
Despite the mesh spacing and lack of clarity, this product is still a good product. It made a very nice screen for the top of my rimless tank, but I do not know how durable it will be. My top went unassembled after I lost a jumper, so I decided to put it together later. I hate it. Let's remember him. The struggle has ended, but I won't give up. As you look in the tank from above, you will notice some reflection from the LED lighting, which means some of the light is not reaching In any case, my hands are too strong. 1) The flake food can be dropped in without removing the top because the surface is coarse enough. I can make several more tops from it, since it is such a large piece. If aquarists are not inclined to handle the DIY project of building a custom screen tank cover, I am willing to build them for them.
Fluval EVO 13 was able to take advantage of this perfectly. The tank has a capacity of five gallons. I purchased the screen frame at Lowes and easily figured out how to assemble it. You may want to be careful reaching into the bag at first since the edges of the plastic frame may get stuck under your nails! This looks great, and I love that I don't have to remove the lids to feed my fish. The product has enough mesh to cover two or more lids for our two tanks, so we can use this product for two or more lids.
