I'm not sure what I'm saying. Only freshwater is used in it.
It functions in the same way as any other fish net. It isn't particularly plush. A brine shrimp net is required if you want an extra soft net.

It works. It's a net, as the name implies. This one has very few flaws. It's adequate for the task at hand. This larger net is used to transfer fish from their transport bags and would obviously not work well in smaller aquariums. We drape the net over a container, pour the contents of the bag (including the fish) through it, and then place the fish in the aquarium using the net.
The size of this net is ideal for cleaning our horse troft! The netting is still a fine weave, which is required to quickly remove small particles at the surface. It has a good handle and is a good size.
It makes catching the fish a lot easier. My son received one, and he enjoys it as well. I like it so much that I ordered a second one just in case.
This net not only holds up, but it hasn't caused any damage to the fish. I raise Tilapia, which are a large, heavy-bodied fish that don't like being netted, so they flail around a lot.
This is what I use as a pond debris net. I tape the pole's handle to the pole so that I can reach into my 15-foot pond. Because mine is left outside all year, these nets are fairly durable. Every year, I usually have to buy a new one.
This isn't something I use for fish. It, on the other hand, works wonders for toddler poop in the bathtub.
What can I say, I'm at a loss for words. It's a net that, if necessary, can catch tropical fish. The quality is there, it can be sized for a sturgeon if necessary, and it gets the job done. If you need a bigger net, this is the one to get.
