Perdue raises their chickens in the United States and never uses steroids or antibiotics, according to the bag. It also states that giving them to chickens is against the law, but some poultry companies do so anyway. Perdue, in my opinion, is doing well. I believe I've reviewed these before, but she adores them and does exceptionally well with them. I've been buying them for a long time and my dog has never gotten sick from them or felt bad after eating them; they look and smell almost like human food to me. I get the big bag and only give her three at a time, so I have to keep these refrigerated even though I don't have to. I'm pretty sure I just put them in the refrigerator now because they look so much like human food. Because she enjoys them so much, I will continue to buy them. Out of all the treats, she prefers these and bully bones. Thank you very much!.
This is the only thing I "subscribe" to on a monthly basis through Amazon. It's one of my dog's (6 years old) few treats. (Havanese) adores it. Because he's getting older (but don't tell him), I like that it contains Glucosamine Chondroitin. It doesn't bother his stomach the way some other snacks do. We break off small pieces to give him, but he can easily consume an entire bag in a week. We use these as incentives and "bribes" (I taught him that if he picks up something outside or takes something he shouldn't, he can "trade" for a treat). It's a plus that the company appears to be trustworthy and friendly. I hope they don't stop making this particular treat in the future.
However, they can become addictive. I can't emphasize enough how much these treats are adored by dogs. I bought these for my 8-year-old akita who has a lot of trouble with her back hips, which is why I bought them in the first place. She doesn't always want to take her glucosamine pills, but she never refuses to eat the chicken. br>br>As a result, I always have a bag on hand for my dogs and guests. They're roughly the same size as a regular chicken breast, but cut into 1/4" thick slices. The size is ideal for large-scale projects. They are designed for medium-sized dogs, but they can easily be broken down for smaller dogs. I've noticed that when I keep the treats in the fridge after they've been opened, they become extremely hard, making them difficult to chew for small dogs. So, before giving them to smaller dogs, you might want to leave them on the counter for a few minutes. br>br>The dogs will only complain if they don't get more. My only complaints are that they smell like vinegar and that the price could be a little lower, but Amazon has recently raised all of their prices on everything, so I may need to find a new seller.
I only buy Full Moon treats because my dogs adore them, they're simple to prepare and break down into small pieces, and, did I mention, they're adored by my dogs? If we open a bag, they go insane. Alternatively, get as close to the candy cabinet as possible. My two-year-old enjoys grabbing a piece and running around the room with the dogs chasing her. That's the best life has to offer. br>br>Most importantly, this is proudly made in the United States of America. That is significant, particularly when it comes to food for our loved ones. br>br>My 12-year-old dog has a new lease on life. I'm not sure if it's because of the treats, but she's able to walk up and down the stairs again, and she'll even chase the kids with her much younger puppy. sister. She loves the Authority chicken tenders, which I've been giving her for years. I've been on the hunt for another brand made in the USA to treat with Hip and Joint supplements since I read reviews about products from China killing dogs. She has arthritis and refuses to take anything that will help her! Everything has been tried! Then I came across these Full Moon Hip and Joint treats, which she seemed to enjoy. It was difficult to persuade her to stop using the other brand, but I persevered. I refused to buy any more after she ate the last bag of the other brand. Now that she's made the transition, she appears to be content, which makes me extremely happy. God and the Full Moon are to be praised!.
I have a picky shiba inu who has become even more stubborn as he has gotten older, and the fact that he enjoys them while also benefiting his aging joints makes us very happy. I can't say for sure if these help his joints or anything, but I do know that this is the best way to give him vitamins because forcing pills down his throat is a nightmare. These are fantastic!.
My 12-year-old son is spoiled and extremely picky. year- The old Maltese were immediately enthralled by them, which is quite surprising - Almost every other kind of treat on the market makes her turn her nose up. (She's only ever eaten Greenies, Charlie Bear liver treats, and Old Mother Hubbard biscuits. . . so now, after 12 years, we get to add a fourth type of treat to her smorgasbord!) She's never had any interest in any other type of rawhide or chewy snack before. . . but a friend recently gave her one to try, and she loved it so much that I bought a pack right away, and have incorporated these into her daily reward sytem. Deliveries should be saved!).
I'm not sure how beneficial Glucosamine and Chondroitin are to our dog, but I do know he enjoys these treats! He gets one of these when we leave him at home to run errands. He is aware of their location and will proceed to the closet door to await the treat. I currently have it set up for monthly delivery, but I'd prefer to be able to change it to every three weeks. Instead, I placed a second order and will continue to receive them on a monthly basis.
