Taking pictures of the mold and e-mailing the manufacturer with the photographs and any identifying numbers on the bag will provide documentation. Alternatively, you can return your purchase to Amazon if you purchased it through their website. It is a good idea to keep the bag in case Amazon or the company wants it back.
