There were two Bully Stick packs in my order. Only two Bully Sticks were present in the one packet that arrived. There are times when things go wrong, and I understand that now. I sent them an email not once, twice, or three times. I received no reply at all after that. I paid $23 but what gets me is how much I paid. In these two packs, I had three bully sticks in each packet, so each Bully Stick cost me $11. I had paid $7. 00 for two packs of Bully Sticks, but I received only two, which made each stick cost You will each receive $50. Whether or not this is resolved, I will keep you updated. If they don't, I will keep writing bad reviews.

Those six rawhide chews for $22 are tiny, teeny tiny toys - The biggest one is about the size of my little finger (see My dog was afraid it would choke on it, so I watched it carefully, because there is a warning on the bag to watch what your dog eats because it might choke! I think it was a waste to spend so much In my complaint, I stated the following I did not hear back from the company. The package has been returned. It is not the product I ordered (I wanted 6 regular 'flossy sticks' as advertised, but instead they sent me these crappy little dollar store return chews of death! When I used to do business with this company, I thought it had sent the correct product to me, but apparently When it comes to buying the product I want and one that won't hurt my dog, I will pay more for it. The money I spent must be returned to me!.

At the end of your review, I add value! My conclusion is that there is confusion between Amazon and the actual seller. In the early part of this year (4/21, several times earlier), I purchased quantity 25 boxes of Red barn bull springs from a vendor named "Fat Happy Pets". There was nothing like the springs on the shelves is were more consistently made, packaged in retail boxes, and each one had a sticker bar code to identify it as an individual purchase. The dog treats were odorless or had a very faint scent. 9/27, I purchased what was supposed to be identical (link and description were identical, it said on top of the screen I had purchased it There is a difference between it and a) product. Unlike the conventional springs, 25 springs in the "similar" style come in a clear ziplock bag with a barcode tag identifying the spring style 'X000NCZ2OF'. There is no label for individual sale of any of the springs. According to the looks of the springs, they are not as manufactured as the ones in redbarn packaging, and they have a noticeable odor (in comparison to the ones in redbarn packaging). These are really hard for me to read. While I have not reviewed the Red Barn ones, I'm certain they are of the highest quality. I have to consider that my price for the ones I bought on 9/27 was 1/6th the price I paid on 9/27 the product is roughly the same, however- The two of them are equally appealing to my dog! Because there is inconsistency with this product, I'm giving it 3 stars. A new version of this product is available. It would have been unfair of me to have paid the same price for these as I did for the redbarn labeled ones, and I would have returned them. You're off to a great start! A quick update I have purchased several 25 packs of high quality treats since I wrote my previous review. Initially, I gave this product a rating of 3 stars because of the inconsistent quality, but have since upgraded it to 5 stars since my dog loves them. Below are a couple of photos that may be helpful to some in extending the life of some treats. When one of these treats is screwed onto a Nylabone (either circular, or wishbone), the puzzle becomes a real challenge for the dog. Sometimes I will even jam my bully threaded wishbone into a Kong! She loved them! There is nothing better than these springs for my dog. I have ordered them a second time. The 6 are a good value when you get them for $15 each. Despite the discount, I only received one $15 dog chew for this order. The customer service team at Amazon is so awesome. They refunded me right away. This will be my second attempt to order It looks like a 6 pack will arrive this time. *Updated on I received only one chew this time. There is a clear mention of six packs in the description. We will be returning the package. We do not plan to reorder.

A quantity of two for two sixes has been ordered You can count the A total of 12 bully springs should have been used. I was instead sent two springs in a baggie (not a Red Barn real deal). It was a mistake to believe all those reviews with 1 stars. We asked Amazon to refund us after we purchased only natural pets through them.

I ordered two six packs about 10 days ago but the first one was missing one item, so I received my money back from Amazon. My second six pack came with only one again, so I've decided to call Amazon and ask for a refund. It appears that somebody has screwed up.

Occasionally, I was unable to find them in stock at my local pet store, so I ordered them online. They arrived in short order in excellent condition. Based on my experience with other sources, I found the price to be competitive. My two yorkies enjoy smaller treats made from these, which I cut up with my anvil-style garden pruners.
