Some of the cookies that were supposed to be high-quality dog cookies had fillers like a string in them. I'm not happy at all.
As stated, the product is free. Chicken causes an allergic reaction in my Pit Bull Terrier (Bully). I bought the Blue Buffalo Health Bars because they don't have any chicken or poultry by-products on the label. meals made from products After giving this to my Bully, I looked up the ingredients and discovered that the bars contain chicken meal. I'm going to return these and get my money back.
This is an unpaid, unsolicited review from a frequent Amazon shopper. br>br>The package arrived in a timely manner, packaged in an Amazon box. Unfortunately, the majority of the biscuits were broken. br> I was extremely dissatisfied. I believe Blue Buffalo dog and cat foods are of the highest quality, so I'm not sure why this package was so full of broken pieces. br>br>I'm not sure I'll ever buy Blue Buffalo dog biscuits from Amazon again. I'm sure whoever placed the package inside the Amazon shipping box could easily see that the contents were all broken, so I'm not sure why they didn't just go ahead and ship instead of retrieving a package of mostly whole biscuits for me. br>br>Now you have everything laid out for you. My puppy, on the other hand, appears to enjoy the scraps. The biscuits were broken bits and pieces, so this review was docked two stars.
In general, I cannot speak highly enough of this product. These baked treats have been a favorite of mine for years, and they are ideal for my Belgian Malinois. However, I recently refilled my supply of them using Amazon's ReOrder system, and the product I received was not what I expected. Instead of being two inches tall and an inch wide, these biscuits are three inches tall and three inches wide. It's about a quarter of an inch square. To put it another way, they're a lot smaller than the ones I was using previously. I'm still debating whether or not I should send them back. But the important thing to remember is that my order was identical to all previous orders and yet I received a different product; my advice is to carefully inspect your order before placing it because it appears that Amazon is making some substitutions without informing customers.
On August 5, 2017, I made a purchase. On August 7, 2017, the item was delivered. Everything was fine until I opened the package today to give my kygo a treat and discovered a minor flaw. The product had been out of date for about 4 years. Take a look at this image: It's true that a thousand words are worth a thousand pictures. "Vomiting" and "diarrhea" are a couple that come to mind. It's been months since I bought the product, so it's out of their return window. As a result, I'm happy. At the very least, I've figured out how to get rid of the rats in my neighborhood.
This product is great, and my dog loves these bars, but it came in a large box with no padding. This package weighs 16 ounces and has a 5-star rating. 7 ounces are crumbs and lots of dust. There is no bar that isn't damaged and 99% of what isn't crumbs or dust is possibly half of the bar. Much of this is going in the trash because I can't feed crumbs and dust to a large dog, so it should have been shipped with better padding to protect the product. br>br>Excellent product. Packing and shipping were abysmal, and this one was delivered by UPS.
These biscuits are a huge hit with my two dogs. While they may be given a treat every now and then during the day; They're completely devoted to their bedtime cookie ritual, and there's no way I'm going to forget about it. Most cookies are a big hit with my big shepherd. I've never seen him refuse any type of request. However, he is more enthusiastic about these than he is about the rest of them. My little elderly terrier, on the other hand, is picky about biscuits and will only eat this type of healthy hard biscuit. The ones with chicken and liver and the ones with bacon and eggs are their favorites. br>br>These health bars are a good size for my large shepherd, but I cut them in half for my small terrier. Each biscuit measures about 2 inches in diameter. 1. inch in length They're about 1/4 inch thick and 5 inches wide. I only purchase high-quality products. br>br> For our dogs, we need high-quality, healthy treats. My little terrier's itchiness disappeared for the first time in her life when I removed wheat and corn from their diet a few years ago. There will be no more gnawing on your toes. I can't speak to the flavor of these treats, but they get two paws up from my dog. I gave her a treat and went to get my phone to take a picture for this review, only to find it had already been devoured! The ingredients (as shown in the photo) are appealing to me. The only criticism I have is that they are extremely crumbly. When I opened the bag, I found a lot of broken pieces and crumbs. What a strew of crumbs on the floor! But as long as my puppy is content, that's all that matters. I'm going to buy more! br>br>Recent changes: br>br> I purchased two flavors: chicken health bars (blue bag) and health bars jumbo box - (From the red box) bacon, egg, and cheese I believe she prefers the red box, and as an added bonus, the red box had very few crumbs compared to the blue bag, which had a large number of crumbs almost crumbled into a fine powder. These are crumbly cookies, but I'd choose the red box because I believe the packaging helped more cookies stay in tact during shipping.
