I bought it for one of our ducks after our drakes became too aggressive in their mating. Her neck and head were raw on the back, and she looked awful. Because bandaging an outdoor duck's neck and head isn't a viable option, I needed to find something that could seal the wound. She looked a lot better after a few days of using this and staying away from the boys. br>Last week, we noticed a different duck was limping. We examined her foot and discovered a small dark spot as well as mild swelling of the foot pad and ankle. It appeared to be a bumblefoot in its early stages. We began warm Epsom salt soaks right away. 3 times per day, with a small bandage of this gel mixed with silver gel in between. It's been five days since we began this treatment, and the bumble on her foot is almost completely gone. Even though it was a minor blemish to begin with, I'm still amazed at how quickly it has healed. I wouldn't have guessed anything was wrong with her foot if I didn't know exactly where the bumble had been.
If you own a horse or a dog, you simply must have this item in your stable! This is something I've used on a horse whose face had been ripped off while I was caring for him. After the stitches were removed, I sewed the hair back on and applied derma gel. It was incredible to see how quickly the healing progressed and how quickly the hair returned to its original color. Another horse of mine had something empale him in the neck, which you would not notice if you didn't know about the injury. When the closing process started, I applied derma gel all over it, and the scar is no longer visible, and the color has returned to its original state. The product is simply amazing!! Allows the wound to heal by keeping it hydrated. I've never seen a human product that works as well as this one and in such a short amount of time!! This product has the potential to make me a spokesperson!!.
Derma gel was used on a regular basis to keep the wound clean and speed up the healing process. It's a must-have item for anyone who owns a pet.
While I was away, this healed a gaping skin tear in one of my dogs in record time. I returned to find that she had torn a hole in herself, but no one had taken her to the vet for stitches, and the wound edges had sealed to the underlying tissue. I would normally look for granulex or trypsin-like proteins. L, but I saw this on Amazon and realized I could get it in two days, so I went ahead and ordered it. Every day as I used this product, the opening became smaller and smaller. It's completely filled in now, and the majority of the hair has returned. It has essentially grown from the size of a quarter to that of an English pea. I am very pleased with the product and would recommend it for any wound that cannot be stitched due to location or other factors.
However! It works great; the hair has grown back to the point where it is barely noticeable. This product comes highly recommended!!.
It's something I use on our pets. myself . Sprays a small covering over the wound as well as healing it quickly.
This was bought to aid in the recovery of my dog's fur following surgery. I followed the instructions exactly, but it only served to irritate her. This product is not recommended because it does not work and is inconvenient for a pet who is already in pain.
This product was first used on our dogs with large open wounds. It was prescribed for a specific purpose- After that, it's on us. When a Bobcat slashed our little terrier's shoulder from shoulder to shoulder, the wound was so open that the shoulder muscles were clearly visible, this product was prescribed. We chose the gel because it was easier to apply and didn't make a hissing sound like the spray did. Within six days, the open wound was healed, and the hair on his shoulders grew back. The deep bite wounds on the terrier's hip from the Bobcat healed in the same amount of time, and another of our terriers was recently attacked by a coyote, who left him with deep wounds in his throat and hips. For some reason, the neck wound and a few other wounds were sutured instead of being treated with topical medication. We used Veterinus Derma Gel on this terrier's wounds because we'd had good results with it in the past. It only took three days for them to heal. Humans can now use it, too.
