It may appear that a can of air costs a lot of money, but after a few days, just seeing the can is enough to keep cats away from an area.
They were on sale for $14 when I bought the two-pack. Unfortunately, the cans are the same size as the kit's. I simply wait for the two-pack to go on sale, which happens several times a year.
On that type of defect, the seller will gladly give you a refund.
On Amazon, or at your local PetSmart or Petco, you can purchase a kit that includes the spray nozzle and a can of the spray.

When I hear this thing go off in the middle of the night, it gives me a sense of accomplishment. We have a few around the house to keep the cats off the furniture and keep our bedroom door from being clawed. It's a cinch to use. The cats learn to respect the trash can and avoid it wherever it is placed. PRO HINT! br>br> It's obvious that these refills are overpriced. So hurry over to Office Depot and pick up a $5 generic can of Cleaning Duster. The smaller 10oz bottles are also available for 95ea. For $15, you can get a three-pack. Now we're conversing!.
I bought it because it looked like it was from a well-known brand; however, I removed the old one and attempted to replace it with the new one, but it did not work. I'm not sure if the locks were expanded or not, but when I tried to put it on the first time, I spilled half a can, and it won't fit because it leaks. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED. NEITHER THE SET NOR THIS PRODUCT ARE RECOMMENDED FOR PURCHASE. I buy a lot of petsafe items for my two cats on the internet from Amazon and other places, and this is the worst for the money I paid; DO NOT BUY.
However, I'm becoming increasingly frustrated with how the price of a similar-sized container has more than doubled in the last seven years since I bought it. I can understand a price increase, but going from around $7 to just under $15 for the same size container is simply unacceptable.
Because the sensors eventually stopped working, I'm on my sixth motion sensor head. These are, however, the only methods I've discovered for keeping pets out of certain areas - Our geriatric cat and our very dumb mini Italian Greyhound both like to pee near our front door. Also, the refill bottles are EXPENSIVE - br>br> It's not cheap to pay $15 for a can that lasts about two weeks. But it's either that or we'll have to replace our wood laminate flooring.
It detects the cat's movement using infrared and sprays them with a puff of air. It terrifies the cat because of the benefits the cat derives from returning to that location. After a few sprays, the cats will never return, and you can move this item to another location. However, because there is nothing else like it on the market, I would strongly recommend it.
. This item, in my opinion, is overpriced. Because it is the only product of its kind on the market, the company can sell it for such a high price; however, until better products become available, this is your best bet for training your cat.
Note: This is just the REFILL canister of pressurized air, not the PetSafe SSSCAT Motion-Sensitive PetSafe SSSCAT Motion- Sensitive PetSafe SSSCAT Motion- Sensitive PetSafe SSSCAT Motion- Sensitive Pet Dog that has been reactivated Spray head for cats. A single refill canister lasts a long time. br>I was looking for a way to keep an eye on my cat while I was away from home to help keep him out of the kitchen, and this, along with the PetSafe SSSCAT Motion-Activated Motion-Activated Motion-Activated Motion-Activated Motion-Activated Motion-Activated Motion-Activated Motion-Activated Motion-Activated Motion-Activated Motion-Activated Motion-Activated Motion-Activated Motion-Activated Motion- Dog that has been reactivated The Cat Spray Head was extremely effective. It comes highly recommended by Jackson Galaxy, a well-known cat expert, which is sufficient for me. br>When the electric eye in the head detects movement, it fires a loud, startling, but otherwise harmless spray of pressurized air to keep pets (and people who forget to turn it off) out of a space. Because there was only one doorway, a single sprayer was enough to keep my cat out of the kitchen, but if there are multiple points of egress, you'll need more than one.
To cut a long story short, these refills continue to work for me, so I keep buying them. One (or both) of our cats began peeing on the couch. I tried this system when we bought a new couch after we had cut up and disposed of two couches and a chair. It only took one spraying of the sprayer for that cat to abandon the couch. I don't even bother to turn them on any longer. I recently bought a new couch and rugs for our basement, so I've set them up to let them know I'm not playing! Take a look - They get the job done while causing no harm to the cat.
We adopted two siblings from a shelter last spring and found this product to be very effective. We were accustomed to Persians and were on the lookout for a replacement for our Lily. We were taken aback by the arrival of the two new kittens. Very active, climbing all over the place and knocking things over. Causing harm. We began at the dining room table, which appeared to be an ideal location for them to wrestle. We started with the first one. I was disappointed after the first night because the tablecloth and placements appeared to be completely messed up. A scared kitty creates a bigger mess, I quickly realized. They were no longer present at the table after that. We then moved it to the kitchen counters, where they couldn't climb any longer. We were worried about our holiday decorations and two trees as we approached the holiday season. I went out and bought a second SSSCat. We hung one on each of the trees. We did notice that we needed to reposition things as they figured out where the gaps were in order to avoid the can hissing. However, thanks to the SSSCat, we felt our décor held up well. Drago, our larger boy cat, found some bathroom decor he liked last week. I had to keep picking up and putting back pieces of it. SSSCAT is here! Since then, he hasn't done anything with it. In conclusion, we have two cans that we move around according to our needs. There are probably a few more that could be added, but they appear to be very effective.
