I noticed the cans are different sizes, which could explain why.
The only thing on the can that says it kills fleas is that. This is strong stuff, but keep in mind that it isn't meant to be used on animals. It only applies to carpets, furniture, vehicles, and other similar items.
I'm not sure if it's different from carpet spray; it depends on the type of spray you're using. This is an insecticide spray that kills ticks and prevents re-infestation of flea infestations. Infestations are an issue. It can be used on carpet, pet bedding, and crates, but I would wait for it to completely dry before allowing the pets to come into contact with it. I spray one side of crate cushions, let it dry, then place the sprayed side down away from the pet. It's effective at keeping fleas at bay.
Although not meant for use outside, they work well in garages and around doorways. I wouldn't use it near foundations or anything like that.

I spent two months in my apartment fighting a horrible flea infestation. I experimented with a variety of different sprays and remedies. Nothing seemed to work. Within a week and a half after applying this product completely, the fleas were completely gone. I had a few new fleas hatch, but that was the end of it. Here's how to get rid of an infestation if you're experiencing one: br>br> br>br>Begin by giving your dog a flea treatment. I've used Frontline and others, but NexGard was the most effective in my experience. Consult your veterinarian for advice, but you must eliminate the host. Virbac should be used as directed after a few days. Ensure that all baseboards, under couches, and other areas are thoroughly sprayed. Just in case, get a second can. I recommend putting on a 3M respirator mask and goggles. This is not something you want in your system, in my opinion. Make sure your pets and family are out of the house, and plan on staying for at least four hours. 5 hours. br>br>Vacuum your house, particularly any rugs or carpets, every day or so for the next week to suck up any fleas that have emerged. Done. br>br>.
This is the only thing you should buy if you have a flea problem at home! Forget about flea bombs, which require you to leave your home with your pets for up to 4 hours; instead, spray one room at a time, making sure to spray anything your pets lay on as well as the carpet. Wait for about an hour after closing the door. You and your pets will be able to stay at home comfortably. Place pets in that room once it's dry, then spray the rest of the house. It quickly kills them and prevents the development of new fleas. It's very effective and a little pricey, but it's well worth it! My daughter had a terrible flea infestation, but there were no more fleas swarming our legs after two days.
Although the product appears to work as expected, the coverage fell far short of the advertised 2000 square feet. I got about 200 square feet, or a 20-foot-by-10-foot area. In the house, it was only used in two rooms. The figure 2000 sq ft refers to the total area of the home. This product is extremely expensive as a result of this.
Years ago, I purchased this from a veterinarian and assumed it could only be obtained through a veterinarian. When I discovered it on Amazon, I was pleasantly surprised. This is the only flea spray that actually works for me. It's fine to treat your pet for fleas, but if you don't get rid of them in your home (carpet, upholstery, bedding, etc. ), they'll just stay and infest your pet and you. Knock Out is a powerful tool that works quickly and consistently.
It's very simple to use; simply point the sprayer downward and spray. It doesn't go very far, though; I had to buy several cans for my small apartment, and after I sprayed the first time, more eggs hatched, forcing me to redo everything, which was a pain because this product is quite expensive for the amount of area it covers. We used this to treat all of the "environment" fleas until we could give him his next dose because my kitten had rubbed off his flea medication. It definitely helped, but it's not a replacement for proper flea treatment and frequent vacuuming. This product, in my opinion, is better used as a preventative measure in late spring to protect doorways and low windows.
Despite my best Deflea efforts, I was convinced that a few of his nasty little friends were hiding in the carpet after I took in a stray kitten. br>br>After speaking with my veterinarian (who also happens to be my sister), I was told that this is the best, fastest, and safest treatment - Particularly for someone like me, who suffers from severe allergies and asthma as a result of exposure to such things. br>br>Since then, we haven't seen a flea (and Simon the kitten has been adopted).
Thank you for the prompt delivery, seller. Preparing for the onslaught of summer bugs. It works well, but don't rely on it solely. br>Treat your yardbr>Treat your petsbr>Vacuum your home on a regular basis. Using a broom, pound in the borax into your carpets. The following day, vacuum once more. Pets should be kept away from the borax vacuum until it is dry. You will be less likely to be bitten if you catch it early, and you will also find dead centepedes, milipedes, and scorpions.
My carpets and pets were infested with fleas. I tried almost everything until I came across this product, which is incredibly simple to use and works wonders! There are no fleas left. This stuff is amazing, and I keep it on hand just in case I accidentally track in some fleas.
