Yes, that is correct. It won't harm your natural grass in any way. For the past two years or so, I've been using this product. It is something I strongly suggest.
It's a hose sprayer that works. It doesn't appear to make much of a difference whether you use 1oz or 2oz. It really works.
Because we have three Golden Retrievers, we spray once a week. It significantly reduces the odor. We also spray the yard with water every day to reactivate the product.
8 parts water to 1 part simple green It's best if you use it after 5 p.m. When the area is kept damp, enzymes work.

I have quite a few canines! This stuff also helps to keep the odor at bay. I followed the directions, as well as those of the other reviewers. When the weather is cool and damp, apply the spray. Allow the enzymes to break down all of the proteins that are responsible for the odors. It only works if the surface is wet or damp. So, instead of spraying on a hot day, I use the bottle that attaches to the hose to spray the entire dog run. I purchased that bottle as well as the refills. I also have a sprayer that I use to treat specific areas. It has a pleasant, light aroma. The best part is that I don't have to worry about killing my plants if I spray around them. It's also a non-profit organization. The dogs are poisoned. I'm going to buy some more!.
My backyard has a lot of concrete and two large dogs, who prefer to pee on it over the plant beds. Ugh. br>I've been using this product for a couple of months and I'm very pleased with it. I first hose down the concrete into the plant beds (which now smell like urine), then dilute this product in a garden sprayer and spray all of the plant bed areas with it. If there are large puddles or urine that has already dried, I don't recommend spraying this product on them. Even if it did break down the odor, urine would still be strewn about. br>I use this product every day and no one would guess I have two dogs in the backyard; all of my visitors and neighbors ask me what I use to keep my yard smelling so nice. They must recall what the yard looked like before I started using Simple Green!.
On our synthetic grass, this method has proven to be effective. When you have two dogs, the smell can become quite overwhelming. I tried vinegar and other products, but they only helped to mask the odor for a few days. As a result, the smell was effectively eliminated. I've found that applying it at dusk when the sun isn't shining on the grass works best (I believe it evaporates in the sun), and I also wet the entire lawn afterward to set it. It took three tries the first time, but now I spray it every few weeks and only the pleasant scent of this product lingers. There is no odor of urine. Don't be discouraged if it smells overwhelmingly like urine after application the first time. I believe that because there was so much urine, it was simply working. Give it a couple of tries at first; it's saved us and we're able to enjoy our yard once more. If you're buying this for an upcoming event (like we did at first) and need to get rid of the odor, do so in advance. As I previously stated, getting rid of the initial urine odor takes a few tries. Without a doubt, I will continue to buy.
LOL. You won't be able to stay on it if you don't keep going. Your yard will have a distinct odor, and your neighbors will be talking about you: ) This stuff has a piney scent to it, and I like that it's safe to use around animals. I looked for other products that were similar to this but couldn't find one with the same price range and level of safety. The only way this could be improved is if the simple green people created a concentrate that I could mix myself. They might, but I'm not sure. I haven't been able to track it down. In general, this is an excellent product.
The area showed a significant reduction in urine odor after the first treatment, and subsequent treatments have completely eliminated it. I should mention that the slightly sweaty odor of the product does not bother me when first applied, but it quickly fades. My yard work is now finished, but I just reordered some more because I intend to use it after the construction is completed.
This product performs better than some of the more expensive alternatives, but it, like the others, does not completely eliminate the odor once the treated area has been heated by the Arizona sun. The scent is pleasant and does not linger after application, but I would prefer it to smell like grass, as one of the others I tested did. I'd buy it again, and I've told others about it.
This is being used on a large section of astro turf that serves as a bathroom for my three medium dogs. I used a spray bottle/hose combo that can be found at Walmart, Home Depot, or Amazon. I can get away with just one enzyme spray bottle, but I usually use two. br>br>For several days, the enzyme is active. br>br>I also used it when I spilled milk on the carpet of my truck and it became sour. I brushed it on with a bristle brush after pouring it on straight. br>Surprisingly, it was able to get rid of the odor. After a thorough cleaning, the truck reeked like a run-down motel room. It was like a light bulb went off in my head.
We live in Arizona, and our grass is turf. We own a 105-pound Golden Retriever. We spray our turf once a week with the Simply Green odor remover because she has access to the outside through a dog door. We spray the turf every day because it lasts all week if the turf is damp. This has a wonderful scent and is very simple to use. We get the gallon size, which comes with a small sprayer that you can connect to your garden hose. It masks the odor.
