I ordered this four pack twice and received a single each time, so I had to return it both times. br>In addition, the bottle specifies a 2x concentrated formula, while the illustration specifies a 5x. This is not the same bottle as the one shown. br>br>If you can get what you order, this stuff is great.

I ordered a six-pack of 60-ounce bottles but only received one 96-ounce bottle. The description now reads 96 oz, but that's not what I ordered. It's a 2x concentrate, with the benefit of a 5x image mentioned in other reviews. The product itself is fine, but the constantly changing description is extremely deceptive.
Great value and cost-effective, especially when you consider that you're also saving the environment by not having to recycle a few more small spray bottles. I would strongly suggest it.
This product is excellent at cleaning and eliminating odors. Both a cat and a dog live with me. My carpet is clean after using this product. The bottle's seal was broken, which was the only flaw. So, apparently, this bottle had been opened before it arrived at my house. Plastic was used to cover the bottle. About a quarter of the liquid carpet cleaning solution leaked into the plastic wrap. This product is great, but the broken bottle seal and leaking packaging are a disappointment.
If you have a stubborn puppy who won't potty train, this is a great way to save your carpet. I use cold water in my upright carpet cleaner to remove stains and odors (do not use hot water or steam because it will set the stain and the odor).
When one of my cats got Giardia, I used a lot of it. It did an excellent job of removing the feces from the carpet. It also smells good when used as a regular shampoo (not in stressful situations).
