I believe that is the case, but I am not certain. My two large cat litter boxes both have lids. The dome is something I've never heard of. These are without a doubt the best cat liners I've ever used. This brand was no longer available in my local pet supply store, so I had to go to Amazon to find them. I'm hoping they'll be useful to you.
I am unable to provide a definitive answer. They're rectangular in shape and quite large. br>Because they're bigger than the litter box, I can tuck the ends underneath it.

They worked fine and were made of sturdy plastic, but I have a scratcher on the side. It never occurred to me because I had never used the liners before. When I went to lift it out, litter spilled out of the holes everywhere he scratched. The liner did not rip or stretch, despite having dozens of holes and litter spilling out. Despite the fact that they weren't for us, the liner remained intact. I believe these would appeal to anyone who uses liners. They were made of a tough plastic, but anyone who owns a cat knows that claws are sharp and can damage a lot of things. SKIN, WOODWORK, AND FURNITURE! All of them are much more substantial than plastic bags. As I previously stated, I would have loved to use these if he wasn't such an aggressive side scratcher. I have two other girls who have their own boxes, which I will try to use there because they aren't such crazed side scratchers.
I believe the new version in the blue and white box is inferior to the previous version in the yellow and purple box. The bag is less stretchy than the brand, but the brand is the same. The claws of a cat usually tear a bag by about 7 inches. The tenth day has arrived. It took about two days for this one to tear. Bummer. Other than that, I'm not aware of any other product on the market. Instead, if there was, I'd buy it. I could understand if there was a trade-off, such as environmental friendliness or recycled content, but there isn't one. For the same price, it's just a worse product.
Sturdy, just gather and tie, then discard Wish they'd kept sending twist ties, but bags can be tied.
I've been using this particular brand of jumbo liner for years, and the quality of the liners has significantly deteriorated since my last purchase. They're a lot thinner and smaller than the ones before them. They're difficult to stretch and fit into my jumbo litter box, whereas the originals did. I've put my finger through them twice while trying to fit them on and wasted two bags because the plastic is now clear and extremely thin. Beware, these are now the worst liners you'll ever come across.
It's difficult to use because there are no drawstrings, and it's a little slippery and has a strong odor. It's better to call him Johnny Cat (or something else).
It's not clear from the description whether it's a good fit for the swoop-style. because it's rectangular and doesn't account for the extra room, up cat boxes (higher on back end). It could be a little heavier because I've been crying and my cats are declawed, indoor-only senior cats.
I had to get another brand because the liners were so thin; I would not recommend this unless you're on a tight budget.
