Red Cell for dogs is a liquid vitamin and mineral supplement enriched with liver, beef, iron, and zinc, designed to enhance working dogs or dogs in need of extra nutrition. The formula was developed for hunting and field dogs, racing greyhounds, and shows Pregnant and lactating females, older or infirm dogs, and puppies are safe when given this product. A palatably flavored liquid that can be mixed into dog food or fed directly to dogs.
I have been using Red Cell for horses since the 1980s and now I am using it for my dogs, and we have never refrigerated it in the 40 years we have used The soup would probably get extra thick in the fridge, given how it tends to thicken in the barn in the winter. I agree with Amanda's observation.
There is no guarantee of analysis under that heading. It has been a great product for anemia.

During the winter months, my Shih Tzu puppy became anemic, lethargic, and sick. It was suggested by the veterinarian that blood be transfused. In the end, we took her home with us. Two times a day, I gave her this vitamin. Having lost a week of her self-confidence, she was back to her old self within one week. An excellent product that works well.
Your dog will really benefit from this supplement since it has enough iron, minerals, and vitamins. Initially, my dog suffered from kidney disease, which stopped the body from producing red blood cells. The behavior has also led to him putting on the 11 lbs of weight he lost. He's close to getting back to what he used to weigh. Putting water on top of it and putting it on kibble is good enough for him to stay on it for the rest of his life. Don't put more than what your veterinarian wants you to use for your dog's Canine Red Cell count. Despite still being too soon to tell, it seems that my very sick 13 year Boston is getting better. I got sick about 3 weeks ago and my dog could barely walk. When I called her, she wouldn't even lift her head to look at me.
