I was recommended by the vet to find some type of cranberry supplement for cats after he had 2 UTIs in a row (and after the antibiotics finished), There is no change in the dosage on the label and it has been a few weeks now This is the first UTI he's had so far. As far as I can tell, this is working as my cat does not eat either on its own or crumbled into his food, so I give it 4 stars. In order to crumble it inside of his mouth, I have to break it in half. As a result, it crumbles into a fine powder and he can swallow it. If your cat has a UTI, don't use this to cure or treat it (always see the vet to deal with the problem). But so far it has helped prevent the next one from occurring.

The product I ordered and on my order were I have the Solid Gold Dog and I have the Solid Gold Cat Healthy and Tested Supplements for the Urinary Tract of Cats Chews and powder with antioxidants for the Berry Balance diet There were rich cranberries plus pH strips in the box, but the pH strips were missing. Otherwise, it's a good product, it's just that it doesn't have one of the selling points I was hoping for. In order to make sure I resolved this issue correctly, I wanted to be sure I worked it out correctly.

Excellent product! My cat had severe pain from cystitis and I was wondering if it would help. My dog's food has been switched to Blue Wildnerness wet and dry This was his daily treat and he included it in his diet No incidents of his peeing blood everywhere (other than in the cat box) and no problems with his cat box Afflicted with pain, the girl cried out. It's awesome to see these. Those of you who own cats should do themselves a favor and attend to it regularly. You can give these to your male cat, especially if you have a cat that is fond of meat. These are fantastic! I'm so glad I found them!.

The frequency is 5 ph per day. It did not work well with another product. For the purpose of writing my review of Solid Gold, I decided to use the product for close to a year. What the results were This is fantastic! Skippy had/is susceptible to being affected by struvite crystals and UTIs. It was crazy that his PH was so low. He even had ph balancers mixed in with his food. I HATE IT! I feed him a raw diet (turkey) and 1/4 cup of the "diet food" I feed my other dogs His diet plus the Solid Gold adds up to 6, so it's a The frequency is 5 ph per day. You must give and take Solid Gold according to the weight of your dog. For me, 1/2 chew per day was sufficient for a month's duration. Then chew half a chew every other day after that.

The last year, I had repeated urinary tract issues with my cat Jango. The surgery eventually required him to have a PU. These treats did not prevent him from needing surgery in the long run, but they did lower his pH a bit, and most important, helped him heal. There were no infections after surgery or any other issues

I am writing this review now because his surgery was first week of December 2017. It's now March 30th 2018, so he's back to being fat and snarky. - These treat are recommended for pet owners as preventative care, perhaps one or two treats a week (and increase your cat's water consumption if you can). * - If your cat is recovering from an issue like this - your veterinarian may recommend one of these treats. There is a possibility they may help prevent infection (I cannot guarantee it, but I believe it in some way).

The dog who I adopted has always loved this treat and she treats me to it now at the age of 14. The color of the container must be her favorite - she goes crazy when I pick it up! The worse news is that the uti issue seems to be completely resolved. After two weeks of taking it twice a day, she seems to be doing fine. This product is a quality holistic product and I feel confident in giving it to her on a daily basis. My vet will evaluate her pH level again soon, and I will keep an eye on her urination ability to see if that remains the same. Solid Gold, I greatly appreciate you!.

It is not necessary for my dog to like these if I give them to her on their own, but she will eat them when I add them to her food. Working properly and doing what they should, they are very useful. These are also very reasonably priced and last a good amount of time. Since they are not hard, they are also good for dogs who are getting older or those who have dental concerns, as these are common in smaller breeds. I have even found that my cat takes these when she seems to need them. She has not needed them yet so I have not provided them regularly to her, but I would absolutely be able to provide them to her.

So I got a bigger bowl of water, thinking it would be a water intake issue. I've tried to empty it and refill it one by one He went to the bathroom three times a day and his urine was still In only two days, I stopped giving these to him twice a day (not the recommended once daily) and he no longer reeked of cigarettes! There was no urine smell in the room. The product is great! I will use it more often.
