Questions & Answers

This is something I haven't tried on my Persian cat yet. What should I order from the starter kit to get everything I need for newbies?

Hello, I began with the starter kit because I was unsure whether or not I would enjoy it. It was a huge success, so I'm no longer ordering in bulk. We do her eyes twice a day because she tears a lot, but that's fine; just make sure to clean first and then apply the powder.

Is there anyone who knows what these products' ingredients are? It's nowhere to be found. ?

Due to the proprietary nature of their formulas, the manufacturer does not provide a complete ingredients list, but they do provide a list of the following Active Ingredients: br>Liquid is a term used to describe a substance that is liquid in nature. Boric acid (natural cleanser and antibacterial), Witch Hazel (astringent for killing bacteria and drying the treated area), and Colloidal Silver (natural antibacterial, antiviral, and anti-fungal) are all natural antibacterial, antiviral, and anti-fungal agents. (inflammation) br>Powder is a term used to describe a substance that can be used to make something else. Goldenseal (mimics the properties of a natural antibiotic), Echinacea (anti-inflammatory), Boric Acid (natural cleanser, antibacterial, and drying agent), Boric Acid (natural cleanser, antibacterial, and drying agent), Boric Acid (natural cleanser, antibacterial, and drying agent), Boric Acid (natural cleanser, antibacterial, and Eyebright (an herb with anti-inflammatory and natural antibiotic properties) properties that are anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, and astringent).

Is this product effective at removing small crusty particles or only tear stains?

It works wonders for getting rid of the crusty stuff around your eyes. Apply the solution to the crusty areas to soften them, then proceed. Using the fine side of the face comb, comb your hair up. When using the liquid solution, you can also use a toothbrush. br>br>I hope this information is useful.

Is it safe to use on a kitten who is less than three months old? If not, what is the minimum age for this product to be used on a kitten?

I'm afraid I can't directly answer your question, but I can tell you that the ingredients are water, natural cleaner, and colloidal silver. My Persian dog is white. The solution helps to break up the crust under his eyes, making it easier to wash away, and then I tap on the powder to help remove the staining. Because you have a young kitten, I would consult a veterinarian or try calling the company. For the time being, simply wiping his or her eyes with a warm washcloth might suffice. I wish I could be of more assistance to you, and I wish I could.

I'm not sure if my cat's eyes will be okay with this
3/5

After a few weeks of using this product, I decided to look up the ingredients to see what they were. I'm only applying it topically, but I'm sure some trace amounts of the wet solution and powder make their way into my Persian's eyes and nose during application, and I'm aware that animal products aren't regulated as rigorously as human products, so I wanted to do some research. They have a list of active ingredients - br>br> br>Liquid is a term used to describe a substance that is liquid in nature. Boric Acid Powder, Witch Hazel Powder, and Colloidal Silver Powder: Boric acid, Goldenseal, Echinacea, and Eyebrightbr>br>Herbs such as eyebright, echinacea, and goldenseal are used to treat a variety of ailments. Witch hazel is a plant-based astringent that is widely used in human medicine. Colloidal Silver is on the verge of becoming a pseudo-medicinal substance. Because many people take it orally as a supplement, for which it is completely ineffective - However, it can be used topically, particularly for eye conditions, and it is frequently prescribed to newborns to prevent conjunctivitis. What I don't like about this is the presence of boric acid - Many insecticides, particularly roach poison, contain boric acid. According to Medline Plus, a website run by the United States Department of Health, "Boric acid is a caustic chemical," says the author. It can injure tissues if it comes into contact with them. When people are exposed to boric acid on a regular basis, they develop chronic poisoning. Boric acid was once used to disinfect and treat wounds, for example. People who were subjected to such treatment on a regular basis became ill, and some died as a result. "br>br>That bothers me a lot. I did discover, however, that boric acid, which has antibacterial and antifungal properties, is a common ingredient in most human eyedrops. It appears that it can be used topically for eyes as long as the amount is small and diluted enough. br>br>However, this product is intended for use by animals - (cleaning her face after I treat her) I believe my cat is inhaling and ingesting some of this product. As a result, I'll finish the product I'm working on right now and won't be re-working it. ordering. I'd like to see a non-boric acid version of this.

After exhausting all other options, this kit helped my cat's runny eye
5/5

After we moved to a place with hard wood floors two years ago, my white cat, who had never had any eye stain issues, developed terrible runny eyes. I guess there'll be more dust? We had tried everything after numerous visits to the veterinarian. Viral treatment, Bacterial ointment, lysine (in chews, powder, and a paste! ), cleaning my house from top to bottom, probiotic powder, and so on. His one eye was still runny and stained, so I had to wash his face at least twice a day to keep it looking semi-normal. normal. Tears were crusting on, and it was difficult to even remove them at times because the area would need to be warmed up to soften everything. Even after that cleaning, the area was discolored and the skin was extremely red, possibly due to the cleaning or the area's constant moisture. br>br>Four weeks ago, I decided to give this kit a try, as well as adding tear stain chews to his diet, and the results have been incredible. I used to clean and treat myself at least twice a day, if not three times a day! After a week, I was cleaning his face twice a day; now, I only clean his face once a day, and the red patch of skin is shrinking! br>br>I discovered that being gentle with the cleaning and letting the liquid sit has helped. A small makeup brush was one of the items I purchased. For applying the powder, you'll need an angled brow brush that's nice and firm, as you'll want to get it right against the skin down there. br>br>I wish you got more liquid for your money in this kit; it feels like a small amount compared to the powder, which will probably last me a long time, but I suppose buying more on its own won't be a big deal if it works.

So yeah, I tried literally everything to try and fix my cats eye, and this (what I thought was just cosmetic) kit plus tear che Do not give up!.

The powder portion of the kit performs admirably
4/5

This kit's powder component performs admirably. The powder helps to prevent dark eye stains in white Persian cats. It's not merely a matter of appearances. The powder is white, but it's not just covering up the stain - it's actually removing it. It appears to aid in the reduction of stain production in some way. My cat despised the liquid eye cleaner and would flee the room whenever I opened the bottle (both she and I could smell it), so I stopped using it. I clean the area around her eyes with water and then pat them dry. I dab the powder on both sides of her nose with the tip of my little fingertip. The powder has been extremely beneficial!.

Persian cats will benefit the most from this product
5/5

If pink skin is visible, this product cleans, whitens, and heals it. Persian cats will love it. Eye pads are the first to become worn out and must be replaced. as three persian cats meowmy (you do realize they own us, don't you? ), I discovered that this enzyme-based cleaner is the most effective. Wiping their eyes with a cloth or tissue works just as well, but this is the way to go for white cats who stain. This was the ticket after I got a senior chinchilla persian from an Irvine shelter with crusted eyes. My 10-year-old calico persian had hairloss around her muzzle twice, and I could see pink skin on both occasions, which worried me right away. This set was purchased, and in this case, white powder was applied after the wipes, and the hair was immediately filled in and regrown in a matter of days. br>br>Take care to only dab UNDER the eye. only if you are under.

Exactly as stated - Okay, it's a bit pricey, but I have four Persian cats with tearing eyes: Two flame points, one blue lynx point, and one solid cream point If I want to keep my eyes clean, I have to wipe them more than once a day
5/5

The white cat's eyes have the most tear stains and "gunk" and do not turn white after leaning, regardless of the product used. Colloidal silver (which kills germs and bacteria) and boric acid are both present in the Eye Envy liquid. Both ingredients are beneficial to the eyes of pets. Persian cat owners highly recommend this brand. However, like other Persian cat owners, I frequently clean my cats' eyes with plain water, which works just as well. The powder is supposed to help keep the tears from re-forming. causing a stain on the fur I tried using the eye powder on my flame points, but it didn't work out as well as I had hoped. Despite the need for a tiny brush to apply the powder in between, I use this product once or twice a week because of the colloidal silver (which kills germs/bacteria) and boric acid.
